Given the trying time they responded promptly and professionally. There was another issue with my shipping label however they self resolved it sent it out and followed up by email. "It took them a week to ship my item of which they said they had 10 in stock. I called to discuss why it was taking so long but after 45 minutes of waiting on hold I gave up. Then it took a week to be scheduled to arrive. I am still waiting for it to show up. I had previously ordered the same item on Amazon, it showed up in 4 days."

"First, keep in mind that everyone is understaffed during this pandemic and those that are working are under a lot of stress. Second, remember that computer-related accessories will have a lesser shipping priority than medical supplies. That being said, it took two weeks to get my order, and one of the two products I ordered was not included. I contacted customer service via Micro Center's chat feature, and they were great. The matter was investigated within 30 minutes and a replacement part will probably be on its way soon. ** Let me repeat** , that although I wasn't happy with either the shipping time or the missing item, these are not normal times, so we all need to cut some slack for those who are required to be working right now."
