"Order was cancelled, with an e-mail stating that it was either because it was out of stock or because the credit card payment failed. Those are two completely different reasons. Saying that it could be one or the other is totally ridiculous. It should be obvious that this is going to leave the customer unhappy, because now they have to call or e-mail to find out WHY the order was cancelled. I took no action. Don't have time for that kind of nonsense."

So, I tried to get help from Micro Center, from whom I made the original purchase.
Please note that I am a Micro Center fan, and have driven in several times to purchase computer software & hardware.
But, this time....support was brusque.

"Ordered online and product was not shipped when promised. Per the web site they are supposed to contact the buyer two weeks after the purchase if the product doesn’t ship, that didn’t happen. I followed up three times and they could not give any information regarding when it would be shipped. Finally canceled the order and placed an order through the local store.
