EDIT: After 2 WEEKS OF WAITING they cancel my order out of nowhere. I ordered the same thing from Newegg and it shipped in under 6 hours. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. All you'll get from Micro Center is waiting, frustration, and a copy/paste response. "

"I needed the SD cards I purchased for a deadline on a video shoot I was doing. After making the purchase, getting a confirmation number, along with seeing my payment processed with a confirmation that order was set to ship to me in 5 days, everything was set to work out fine.
3 days later, I received an email saying 'Order Cancellation' in the subject. The body read: 'Your order has been cancelled due to an issue with your payment, or the item you ordered is no longer available. ' That was it. I then called customer service during their business hours (it was 12:05 PM Pacific Time) , it rang 3 times & then an automated message came on saying to 'call back during normal business hours,' and then hung up.
What the heck is that?
No way to contact customer service, no email to reply to and no option for an alternative item. All this after 72 hours had elapsed since the purchase.
Completely ridiculous.
I did receive my money back the next day, but the 4 days that elapsed cost me valuable time with my project in seeking out alternative options & made me have to have to overpay for online cloud storage I shouldn't have had to use in the first place.
Very disappointing. Will not be using Microcenter again."
