"Update: Microcenter was able to take care of me. They paid for shipping the bad roll of filament back to them. They ran out of white filament in the time it took to receive the old filament and refunded me my money. If you have issues with any product they have contact them regardless of how you interpret their policies. I will certainly shop there again. Thank you.
I ordered a roll of white 1.75mm PLA filament (Inland brand). It was sent out and arrived quickly. However, when I started using it I found the roll was broken in two places. It ruined a print and the roll of filament tangled enough I had to throw it away. Before I tossed it, I looked up how to return it. The method said it had to be in "like new" condition. I found out the problem when I started using it so it wasn't "like new" anymore. My dad had given me a couple rolls of the same filament for Christmas and they worked fine. But I'm unhappy with being out $15 because of poor quality control at the manufacturer. MicroCenter's return policy is generally meant for computer parts. Expendables is a weakness."

"I haven't used Micro Center since I've moved from VA. I think I need to rethink all my electronics shopping and switch over as much as I can. Shipping was fast even under these times, so thank you. I bought the wrong item, so I will be returning it. However, I will use Micro Center a lot more now that I've tried out their online side of the business. "I missed a phone call and was asked to call customer service about my order. I’m not sure what the problem was but it took four hours of me waiting on the phone for customer support to finally answer. I called back 3 times, each ranging of over an hour of wait time. Finally my call was answered after four hours of waiting. However the representative that helped was very polite and helpful. He did say that they weren’t that busy and that he doesn’t know why it took so long to answer the phone. This is not a negative review on the representative but on how long it took for them to answer. "
"I ordered 5 spools of PLA for my 3D printer in various colors. 4 of them have shipped. The invoice included in the package indicated all 4 colors that were present but did not indicate that this was a partial shipment or that I should expect the remainder at a later date. Multiple emails have gone unanswered. Their phone line, when you can get through, leaves you on hold for an hour and then disconnects you. Looks like I have just paid 125% each for 4 spools of PLA."
