"I placed an online order on 3/26/20 for the following two items; 407551 IPSG PLA FILAMENT 1.75MM WHITE & 419770 IPSG PLA FILMENT 1.75MM BLUE N. On 4/2/20 when the order was supposed to ship, I received an email notifying me both items were cancelled due to “product unavailability”. However, the website still had both items listed for sale. I felt like my order was “blown-off” and cancelled for reasons unbeknown to me. These were very common products and shouldn’t have been out of stock. This was my first and last order with Micro Center. I’ll go shop somewhere else where my business is appreciated."

"This is without a doubt, the slowest on-line merchant that i have delt with. I don't have the details, but in summery, they took about 2 busines days to enter the order into their system, and then about 4 days to actually ship. There was really no good way to check on the status of the order on-line, so I just had to wait to see what was going to happen. When they finally shipped the order it was split into to shipments and the last one arrived about 9-10 days after order placement.
Their web site is not very intuitive, but eventually navigable.
I probably will not be placing another on-line order."

"They accepted my order and then took several days, nearing a week to cancel my order, claiming they couldn't get the material from the supplier. It seems to me that if they can't get the material from the supplier it would say so on the WEB site or be removed from the WEB site. Instead, they left two of the items on the WEB site and raised the price a few dollars. The third item is still on the WEB site with the price remaining the same. I think this way to handle customers and to perhaps lie to them is not so good. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"I ordered 3 network cables and after several days I received an e-mail stating one or more of my items had been cancelled. The others would be back ordered and if not filled, they would be cancelled. They did not say which item or items had been cancelled, if any, and did not say what items were on back order. I had to order cables from another company because I have no idea what the status of this order is, or when or if it will ever be delivered. Worst service information I have received in a long time. I would have rated this service as zero, but they don't have that as an option either!!!!!!!!!!"
