"It's not been a pleasant experience, was given a tracking number that has not shown up on FedEx's website. Was promised an update on shipping last week and still nothing. "We were in a pinch to replace a Brother high end printer. Were dubious about going to the store due to the virus and everyone working from home, and the online order was to be 10 days normal delivery and arrived in about 5. Set it up with no issues. Back to work in no time flat. But without a timely delivery our print jobs and scanned items would have really backed up! Good work Micro Center!!"
"Ordered on 3/28 and received a cancellation email on 4/2. I would have rather bought from Micro Center, but wound up buying the same external drive on Amazon instead. Micro Center was more expensive, but I would have rather given them the business.

"I'll just give you a timeline:
3/25: Order new PC from Micro Center online
3:27: Miss a call from Micro Center. I call them back and wait for 40 minutes on hold until someone picks up. I confirm my shipping/billing address (which had been entered correctly).
4/1: Ship date, but the item doesn't ship.
4/2: I get someone on text chat and ask them when the item will ship. They tell me today (4/2) or tomorrow (4/3). I say thanks!
4/3: Near the end of the day, I get an email saying the order has been cancelled. I try to call, but after 20 minutes on hold, I give up on the company. I check their website and they suddenly have 3 more of the PC I wanted in stock. The cancellations says that they either don't have the item or there is an issue with billing, which I resolved on 3/27 (and there wasn't actually an issue).

"I ordered a simple Microcenter 256Gb USB flash drive on Wed Mar 25th. The item I ordered was in stock. On Apr 2nd, my order was canceled due to "unavailability". How can this be? They were in stock aty my store when I ordered and they were still items in stock when the order was canceled! I called the store to confirm availability and they in fact had 9 items left at that time. I have to drive 70 miles round trip to go to my nearest store and this is why I did the online order. Thanks for nothing!"
"I ordered a web camera on 3/30/20. I was given a ship date of 4/06/20. On 4/05/20 my order was cancelled.
I was expecting the camera so I could hold Skype medical appoints.
So I basically sat on my hands for a week waiting for the camera only to find out it WAS NOT COMING!
Thanks to Micro Center for keeping me from my next Dr.'s appointment.
