"The disk I ordered is still in Texas, so not delivered. It is on the way. But the first time I tried to order this the order was cancelled, so this is the second try anyhow. I wanted to get some other hard disks and went straight to Amazon.
Up to now I have been exceptionally pleased with Micro Center. And I hope they do better in the future. Getting this ordered has been an ordeal. I get it that these are strange times. I just wish they would have told me right away the first time that they couldn't deliver, and on this time they would have shipped sooner after the order was placed."

"A computer part was ordered over a week ago. No email was sent saying my order was processed nor was an email sent saying that a delay was occurring. The money was spilled out of my account with over a week of no feed back. At check out it stated 3 business days, a follow up emailing stating an apology and a deal should have occurred. I contacted customer support and Emily M was absolutely zero help. She told me to cancel my order multiple times with out me even hinting toward that option. For 100% customer satisfaction the ball was dropped here, to the point where I will be sticky with Best Buy and Amazon for now on. "
"I have gone to Micro Center for a ton of items. I've built 3 PCs with parts from their store. Their prices are fair, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and I've had nothing but good experiences. Until this week. My hard drive crashed, I ordered a new one, and after 3 days, they cancelled my order 4 days before it was supposed to get here. I ordered the part on Amazon for $10 more, and it was here in 2 days."
"As usual, I got great customer service from Micro Center. The guys have the computer knowledge, but they are also empathic, courteous and have a sense of humor. I called MC because I was not 100% sure about the ESET warnings that were telling me that I needed to renew. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a scam. The MC rep assured me it wasn't and guided me to the place where I could purchase ESET, then walked me through all the steps to install it. Love you guys cause you always remove one layer of fear and make me feel more confident about dealing with all the computer stuff that I'm ignorant about."
