"Would not let me ship to an address other than my billing address. After being on hold for 1.5 hours (they called me and told me to call them back, not telling me why) I was told they couldn’t send it to my shipping address. Due to the long call times they suggested I cancel the item and reorder as there was nothing they could do but cancel my order.
Ended up ordering from Best Buy. No issues and got to me next day (for cheaper). After the wait and experience I had I’ll stick to the big names or only getting things from an actual micro center store."

"I ordered 2 Toshiba HDDs from the webstore. When it came time to ship, they suddenly cancelled my order and said they didn't have it. What's the point of ordering something if it's not guaranteed when you place the order? Yeah, it's their policy, but it wasn't made clear when I ordered the product, and that policy was enough for me to order the products from Amazon. It's a stupid policy and I'll just order from Amazon or Newegg from now on. There's a reason why they're killing everyone else's market share, and the reason is whatever stupid manager thinks this Order Doesn't Mean Delivery policy is a good idea.
