"The estimated ship date came and passed, no shipping confirmation received. Called in to check status, waited 15 minutes on hold and the person who answered couldn’t tell me anything new or even provide a date when it would be shipped. Didn’t seem to care about doing anything for me. Later in the day I got an email stating part or all of my order MAY have been cancelled. No additional details were provided. Now I have to call back in to confirm it’s actually cancelled before I take my business elsewhere, which I should have done in the first place."
"Waited on hold for 63 minutes trying to track down when an order placed 2 week prior would be shipped. Never spoke to a human and finally gave up. After 3 weeks of waiting, with no communication other than the original order confirmation, the order was cancelled with a casual "we hope you understand" type message. Doesn't work for me."

"I paid for the overnight shipping when I ordered on a Thursday. Was contacted by MC on Friday wanting a different address which I gave (first one was a PO Box). Expected the package to arrive overnight on Saturday (already a day late but understandable). Package did not arrive until Monday. Package went from Columbus to Memphis to Huntington WV. Huntington is only three hours away from Columbus. I could've had the cheaper shipping and gotten it on Sunday with the USPS. Very dissatisfied with customer service in that the package wasn't pulled and ready for shipping as promised and as paid."

When I called to get more information the only information I received during a 45-minute hold was that they were sorry for the delay, every 10 seconds (~270 apologies).
