I initially was unable to locate a phone number, but through Google I found a number ***-***-****) but a recording indicates that number is disconnected or is no longer in service. They have failed to deliver the product that I paid for. They have failed to respond to multiple written requests for information as to the where abouts of the item I paid for on November 13, 2014."
"This is the absolute WORST site that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I placed an order on 10/31/14 and received an email on 12/3/14 stating my order had shipped. It is now 1/2/15 and I have still not received the order. The bogus tracking number with the USPS cannot even be retrieved and multiple emails have been sent to the vendor. A reply that was finally received simply states that they are "sorry for the delay" in getting back to me but they have been very busy with the holidays. Well since I placed my order 2 months before the holiday season, I don't accept that. They offered no assistance, refund, replacement shipped, nothing. Just said the "vendor" keeps switching shipping carriers and that is why I can't track my order and that they will contact them. Again, I doubt that after reading the many, many reviews that are very similar to mine. Apparently that is how this company operates. I wish I had read all the reviews prior to ever placing a shipment. Lesson learned and I hope this review can save someone else the hassle and loss of money that I experienced."

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I placed the order on 11/6 and it still hasn't arrived. They gave me a tracking number that says is it preparing to ship since December 11th. There is no way to reach customer service other than email and I have been told "the system was down" "we have been swamped with email" and " I don't know why the vendor isn't telling us the real story" . Regardless, nothing is getting resolved. I asked to cancel my order with a full refund and have gotten no response. From all the reviews and shared experiences we have all had I think it is time to get consumer protection involved. UPDATE* I have since spoken directly with Sarah, the only customer service rep for the company. She was very kind and very overwhelmed with the issues that have happened. She agreed that the vendor should help cover at least part of the cost for all the trouble, but couldn't take any action toward refund. I opened a dispute through my card company and suddenly my order shipped and actually arrived today 1/3/15 well past the promised arrival date, but at least it is here finally."

I emailed the company and got a response that the order was shipped on 12/16. However, I am unable to find a shipper since none was listed. I have put the shipping number into UPS, FedEx and the USPS, but none have record of shipment. Sent another email asking about status with no response. What a huge disappointment. Will NEVER order from this site again. Working on getting my money back. What a shame and scam! "
