"Do not order from this company!! They say up to 14 business days before an item is shipped it took 23 business days and an email before my item was supposedly shipped. The shipping number has not worked to track the item until today the 23rd of December it has not even left the sorting facility in the NETHERLANDS, it was supposed to be here in 3-5 weeks even if its 3-5 weeks from the 14 days its supposed to take to ship I would have had it here in time for Christmas. I think I will be lucky to get it by February. I sent another email last week to midnightbox and they have yet to respond, and did I mention they have no phone number to talk to anyone, you have to email. I will not order anything from them again, ever!"
"This was the worst experience I ever had ordering anything. I do not mind long time ship times, but I ordered 2 pillows on 10/31 and received 1 pillow on 12/22. It also turned out that the item was a bean bag and it smelled like death. I would never order from here again. I had contacted them twice concerning my order and they said they were backed up due to a snow storm. The second time I contacted them, they said they would contact the vendor and the ship time was unacceptable. I was never refunded for the shipping and also never received both "pillows". I wish I had done my research."

"Order the item... took forever to ship. Got some cryptic email about my whole order shipping FINALLY. One item in the package.
Inquired about what happened. Cryptic reply about servers having issues... blah blah blah.
Received 2nd item in order with NO confirmation it was shipped / tracking etc... Nothing on the last two items.
Nearly 2 months to the day, the last two items arrived. Tracking info never sent, and they sent it "DIRECT SIGNATURE". Would have been nice to know this, instead had to play around getting to the post office to pick it up. One of two items defective.
Emailed them on this, was given some cryptic email about contacting the vendor to ship another one... again saying there was issues with their server.
It's now 4... count them 1, 2, 3, 4 months later, still have not received the item. Contacted AGAIN. Another cryptic response with NO resolution or clue. Again blaming their server.
If I don't have a concrete answer by monday I'm filing a Pay Pal and BB dispute.

"Ordered "compatible" razor blades that are Chinese knock offs (I figured as much, but have had success in the past from similar sites) and they are extremely dull to the point of not actually providing a shave.
Shipping was slow, but again, Chinese knock offs, so it was expected. Also for items so small the flat rate was a bit much.
I paid through Paypal believing that would protect me should things go wrong, but filing a resolution case with Paypal I learned that orders with MidnightBox are not eligible for protection through Paypal. I now know why MidnightBox doesn't allow for Paypal protection, they'd be paying more in refunds than they make in sales.
I've reached out to MidnightBox twice to date to get an RMA and still no response from anyone, which based on what I've read since this purchase is their standard operating procedure.
Maybe they'll read this and respond, but I have a feeling I'll never see that money again.

Mimics no contact on poor fulfillment issues. Claimed website was down for several days but mysteriously came up when I registered a complaint with PayPal. A huge waste of time
in the online fulfillment arena. I, like most others, place little value on receiving impulse purchases sometime in the distant future particularly with the absence of any response from customer service until they are threatened by the buyers third party payment company. I do not think we have to worry much longer. They claim $130,000 in annual sales.
I am quite sure they will have one of their self generated 5 star very concise reviews up here soon!

NEW INFORMATION....Think I found the real scammers. I wrote this review on 12/18 and it created a 4.75 overall rating from RESELLER RATINGS. (this site). Five days later FOUR 1 star reviews have been posted and one (highly unlikely real) five star review and the rating has been moved up to 4.83. LET'S ALL DO THE MATH! For this I give reseller ratings negative ten stars."
