"I still have yet to receive the product"

"its been over two months since I have ordered something and still have not received it. I would order many more things but if I don't get them in a timely manner then why should I continue to order from your company"

"I had to contact them to "remind" them of my order over a month past the initial order and it was was finally shipped from New York just shy of two months and I am still waiting for it to be delivered as of today. This is not the first time this has happened to me with this company. I can not continue to use this company anymore. In the past I have received fake items (a watch that just had the hands painted on), items 3 months after ordering (I understand if it comes from China [which is not mentioned], it will take longer, but the order isn't even shipped for a month sometimes). Whiles the deals are great and I have had good experiences in the past with midnightbox, I don't think it's worth the hassle on every other order. "

"1- it took nearly 2 months for the order to ship.
2- after it 'shipped' the tracking number was not available for over a week.
3- it arrived, finally, in a thin bag that provided no protection.
4- when I opened the package one of the docks had a cable, the other did not. It was my understanding that I purchased 2 identicle items.
5- I reached out to midnightinthebox.com after over a month had passed to check the status of the order and they pretty much told me that they didn't care.

I'll never order from you again. I'll be asking for you to send the rest of my items or for a refund. "

"The order was placed 6/18 and today is 8/2 and I still do not have the items. Only when asked did they admit that their vendor was having problems, and then only offered a paltry 5% off on my next purchase, like there will be a next purchase. My second email to them was completely ignored. Tracking shows that the item is finally enroute, but MidnightBox does business with some really poor vendors."
