"Midnight Box does not respond to emails or messages sent to their Facebook page, or posted directly to their page. I placed my order over ONE MONTH AGO, and they have not delivered it yet and will not respond to my status inquiries. Additionally, they took my money on the day I placed the order. No attempt was made on their behalf to correct the situation. They simply don't care. I have been a Midnight Box customer for many years. Sadly, those days have come to a close. I will not be doing business with them at any point in the future, and I cannot encourage anyone else to do business with them either."
"I placed my order a month ago and still have not received my items. I dont know whos fault it is, but for the first time ordering something from MidnightBox, it is a little disappointing.
Update: After ordering my items on 3/27, I received them on 5/9. I wasnt happy with how long it took to receive my items, but I have received communication from MidnightBox's customer service and it seems they are trying to right their wrongs after going through some re-organization. I hope they continue this and continue to improve their business. I will give them another chance and see how the next experience goes with them."
