"I was very displeased with my experience. MidnightBox did not even send me the right item. When I replied that they sent the wrong item they did not even respond to my multiple inquiries. Zero customer service. If you buy from them, just know that you are taking a gamble. You may or may not get what you ordered, but you can kiss your money goodbye!
6/11/14 Update - After weeks of trying to get in touch with them, they finally responded and told me they had finally shipped the correct item, which I assume they did. I cannot be sure because they sent it to the billing address instead of the shipping address I supplied. Upon arriving it was forwarded to my current address (the shipping address I supplied), but was lost in the mail!
After informing them of this they stated that they would refund my money and contact USPS about finding the package and getting it to me.
However, I have not seen a refund as yet (three days after telling me they would refund) and no movement on the package.
I will update when and if there is a change."
