"I placed the order and thought everything was fine.Waited 5 days for an email confiming shipment never got one.I called them and they told me the item was out of stock and on back order!I asked them if they were going to inform me of this and they said that they were real sorry but they were busy.In short I canceled the order!!!! I am a service provider and own my own business,if I were to treat my customers this way I would not still be in business after 16 years!Very disapointed to put it mildly!!!
I will never shop there again.

"I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered a firearm on 1/1/12. Just got off the phone with them and they said my item is backordered and today is 1/13/12. On their website, they had it labeled as available, in stock! I have never had such a wait for ordering a firearm online, and don't know what to expect, since I don't know when my gun will be shipped. They already charged my credit card. I will not be ordering from them again. I thought I would save the extra $40, since they had a good price, but if I knew this was the way they conducted business, I would spend the extra money to get better service and quicker shipping from Buds or Impactguns, etc, whom I've ordered from in the past. I will not use this company again!"

" This is the worst sports outlet that I have had the misfortune to deal with on the internet.I ordered a rifle which was listed as in stock. Nine days later, I called customer service to inquire about when it would be shipped and was told the rifle was not in stock and they had no way of knowing when it would be available. The item was paid in full when I ordered. I cancelled the order and refund was even slow. Do not waste your time! There are too many other good gun websites."

"I ordered on 12/9/2011 and was hoping to have for Christmas. Today is 1/11/2012 and item is still on backorder. The website said the product was in stock when I ordered. They charged my credit card, and said the "system" screwed up and charged my card when the order was on backorder. I'm still waiting for my item, and won't be ordering from them again unless they make this right with me."

"Ok, so far, but the item I ordered hasn't been shipped yet. You may want to hold off on the survey until the ordered items have been shipped and received...that way you'll get better results, or at least more complete. Right now I can only tell you that placing the order was easy. This is the reason for the 3 stars rating."

"Still waiting to see that the item has been shipped. Ordered on 12/29/11 and learned it takes 7 to 10 business days to process etc, so hard to submit an objective review when the item is still not on its way yet."
