"I was a little disappointed to find their standard shipping time is 10 days after receipt of order. I am even more disappointed that they have not shipped after 12 days. There has been no communication from them that my item is on back order, or any other acknowledgement of a further delay.
It doesn't look like I will be buying much more from them. "
"Best pricing, worst processing. When I decided to purchase a new rifle, a Savage Bas K 10, I did a quick Google search. This lead me to 6 different retailers who carried this rifle. Midwest Hunters Outlet immediately attracted my attention with their low pricing. Most retailers were charging $1,500-$1,600 for this rifle but Midwest had it in stock for $1,221. After making my purchase I was sent an email notifying me of the order confirmation number. It also mentioned an order processing time of 7-10 buisness days. I placed this order on 12/19. It is now 12/28 and my order status has yet to change. It is still under th 10 buisness day processing period. I am of the opinion that if it was an in stock item as advertised it should have shipped by now. Today I did a Google search on Midwest and it seems as if slow processing times and shipping times are the norm with them. I read several review where it had taken a customer a month to receive their orders. As a quick summary, there are deals to be had with Midwest but only it you have patience. I would probably not recommend doing buisness with them."
"Overall neutral. I ordered two items and didn't receive an order confirmation for seven days. In assumed that the order hadn't gone through, so I purchased the items elsewhere. When the order confirmation appeared, I called to cancel the order with TGSCOM and had a positive experience with the rep I spoke to."

Ordered a pole and rod for son for Xmas. Ordered on the 15th of December.
Contacted the company twice by phone prior to the 24th to try and get updates
Both times was simply told my order was 'processing'
On the 28th I called again because I was going to have to change the shipping address. My son was headed back to his home state
Found out then that both items were back ordered with no eat of stock
What?!?!?
I could've boughten from many other places and provided my son with his gifts
Crappy store. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Unless getting disappointed and frustrated is something you consider to be fun

"Item(s) listed as in stock and ready to ship is a farce. It's been 14 days and counting and the order status has not changed since I ordered, it's still sitting at being processed! I highly suspect that they falsely advertise that the items are in stock so you will order and than they can string you along for weeks on end as they actually order the items into inventory themselves! I did receive multiple false order status update emails over the last few weeks there was never a status update, just a form email to string me along. I filled out their online questioner in regards to my order that was advertised as in stock and ready to ship but was never shipped, only to get yet another fake order status update email in response, like all the previous emails it contained no update at all, and just said my order is still processing like it was on day one. If the order is not shipped today I will be canceling it and NEVER doing business with any of the affiliated sites ever again."

No one answers my calls. The customer service is closed down and its the midst of the holiday season when they should be assisting their clients with their purchases. I was told delivery would be 3-5 business days and its yet to show up. Now I will be a gift short for christmas if it does not show up by tomorrow. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again if I don't receive an answer or simple customer service call. As of now I am very disatisfied. Not only are they not answering their phones, but they keep sending me generic e-mails sending me the same incomplete informattion repeatedly instead of returning my calls or actually answering my emails appropriately.
Now on 12-27-11 i am told that they cancelled my order without telling me first. They also never noted that my order was on backorder which they never told me either. I was promised my order in 3-5 business days and got NOTHING- not even an e-mail!!This company is HORRIBLE!! I have flagged this company with my bank as FRAUDULENT!!"

"I am very unhappy with this seller. I ordered on 12/9, at which time there was a hold put on my credit card. I was charged on 12/14. As of today, 12/20, we are still waiting for it to be shipped. It looks like it will not make it for Christmas. Ridiculous!"
