"I ordered on Dec 2, 2011. Still not delivered and it's almost Christmas! I'm not sure about the item but I can tell you I'm dissatisfied with the retailer. Of all my online purchases, and there were many, this has been the slowest delivery. Hopefully I will get the item before holidays... I will think twice before purchasing from them again."
"Poor. Unlike other competition vendors, this buying processes leaves the customer in the dark on confirmation and status of order. This compounded by a cumbersome log-in process for status that provides no detail if the item hasn't shipped and if attempting from an iPhone there's no ability to log-in. The competition, pushes information/status and updates to the customer via email. Much better ease of use and will be a component of determining my decision to repeat purchase, because if it's this challenging to understand what the customer has purchased; one can only start to wonder how will the vendor be in the event of a return (product) issue."

"After waiting nearly two weeks for an item to arrive, I checked their status which indicated the item shipped right away. Customer service indicated that it had shipped, but they had no tracking number. When pushed, they explained that the item had just recently shipped. When pushed further, the story changed again and they claimed the item was shipped that day. I explained that I would obtain the item locally, and return the product, to which the operator replied she would charge me a 25% restocking fee. Thank God for credit cards who will back me up when dealing with unscrupulous grifters. "
"Recently purchased AZOOM Snap Caps from TGSCOM, Inc.. I never received the order. When I contacted them they said there was nothing they would do but they would have a supervisor contact me within the hour. They did not. I then contacted them again. They put me on hold only to come back and say there was nothing I could do. I asked, "So what you're telling me is that I'm out that money and there's nothing I could do?" Her response was "that's correct". As a single father of 3 with a low paying job this is difficult to accept."
"Great experience with Midwest Hunter's Outlet. This was the first gun I have purchased via internet and I had a lot of questions. The customer service was excelent at answering all of my questions and helped me throught the whole process. When I purchase another gun I will absolutely check them out."
