I called to see what was going on with my order. After a few phone prompts got to a customer service person. Who informed me it takes them 7-10 days to process an order as they order product after you do. Then it will be shipped out after that. When I asked about canceling the order I was told that was possible for a fee 15%. For my money the couple of dollars you save verse good companies like Graf and Sons and Midway I will not be doing business with them ever again."

I was sent an "update" e-mail today and it still said "order processing" what's up with that? After all this the quality of the products have better be OUTSTANDING or I won't be ordering from MHO again."
