"I called on July 15th and was told rifle was "in stock", so I ordered. After waiting a week and a half for it to ship I wanted to cancel, but they would charge me 25% restocking fee for something they did not have in stock. They said In Stock means if their supplier has it, it is in stock. Also their 7 - 10 business days does not include Saturday or Sunday, even though they are open on those days, they told me their suppliers are not open on weekends, so it does not count. So why over two weeks to ship an "In Stock" item? When I called on August 1 they said it should be at my FFL. It was not. When I called on August 4th, they told me it shipped on August 3rd. When I asked for a tracking number, they said it was illegal for them to give it to me, since I was not the shipper or the receiver. Confusion is the norm whenever I called for a status. Good prices, bad customer relations, horrible shipping policy. If you want it quick, find some place where In Stock means they have it on their shelve, and will ship immediately."

"Pulled the trigger on a Galco, Double Mag Paddle Holster with Midwest Hunter's due to price (shipping was dirt cheap) and advertised stock. (Finding stuff for HK45C has been no fun, but I love the firearm). After placing order, decided to search them out, (yeah, should have done that first) and got worried, but let it ride. True to their website, shipping took right @ 7 days (I did receive email w/ tracking), it came on next day. Keep in mind, they are more of a middle man, and it will take 7 to 10 days to ship. If price is right, I'll buy from them again. I gave them 5 stars because I knew up front shipping was 7 to 10 days, can't hit them on this since they are up front about it."

"People who slam this place just don't get it or don't read the fine print. Prices are the best, period and shipping is super cheap. Yes they fill your order by ordering from their suppliers but they state 7 to 10 business days to ship your order. The web site is a tad difficult to navigate and orders aren't always updated on-line, but calling customer service is a breeze and they are very polite and helpful. "

"Horrible shipping. Terrible customer service. Lousy order progress tracking system. Good prices, but it's not worth it.

It took a week just for part of my order to ship. Called customer service, they were lousy. The order progress tracking system seems to be through a third party and is utter crap.

Their website is poorly written and difficult to find things (if you do a Google search you can find products at their site which are impossible to find if you browse or search on the site itself).

I won't order from them again. I'd rather pay a couple dollars more and not have the headaches.

"PLEASE, if this is the last place to order what you need then do, but if not then DON'T order it! I ordered a Fenwick fishing rod from this company and their shipping was longer than the estimated delivery date. To make matters worst, they sent me the wrong rod length. They make no exchanges and if I wanted the right one, I would have to order it again. They did however offer me to returned the product and they will cover shipping. They said I will get a refund and I hope all of it too. This is the worst experience with a purchase over the internet and will be my last time that I purchase from this site."

"I placed an order for an in-stock item on 6/6 and learned today that it had actually been shipped on 6/14. Customer service told me I could expect the item about 6/20. TGSCOM lists products as in-stock if they are available at their Wholesaler, not at their distribution center, thus adding at least 7 business days to your order. Per customer service management (which was fairly easy to access), this is by design and is part of their business model."
