"I ordered a handgun that said it was in stock on their website. Shipping should take "approximately 7-10 business days" so after 12 business days I tried to call their customer service number. There was a recording telling me their line was down.... and it was down for the next three days. Tried their online customer service and after one, obviously form letter, response I got nothing further. After their customer service phone line was back up I was able to talk to someone who told me my gun was on backorder and he would recommend I would wait another week and call back if I hadn't received it. I waited the week, called back, it was still on backorder. I was able to cancel my order for a full refund, but the whole experience was terrible. I will never do business with this company again!"

"Very slow. It takes them 7-10 days to process your order. I did not learn that until I checked the status of my order. Infact I am still waiting for my order to be processed (even though they already proceesed my payment 5 days ago) Tried to call customer service but they are not open on weekends and have 8-6cst hours mon-fri. Hopefully I will get my item before turkey season gets here. Will not order from them again."

"Since as of 2/25/12 I've yet to receive my order I don't quite know , however I have received 2 other retailers products purchased on the same day.Since they were in no rush to ship I probably won't rush back,y'know!"

"Have not got order yet. Only comment I have is that it takes too long for them to get it ready to ship. I believe last time I checked order ststus it could be up to a week before shipping it. Other company's I checked before placing my order ship within 3 days. Checked order status before filling out this survey. Has been seven days since ordering. Still not shipped. All items were in stock. Says ships within 7 to 10 days. If you need it in hurry suggest they get quicker or order from another company.

"I placed an order for a Walther PPQ 40 back on Jan 22. It never came and I started getting worried. I called a few times and got helpful customer service reps. All of a sudden whenever called I would get voice mail and this lasted for a about a week. Finally last week (saturday) I got someone on the line and she was very helpful. She explained they had upgraded their phone system and the lines were down during that process. She also informed me of the fact that they are experiencing delays in receivng product from their suppliers and have changed their return ploicy as a result of the delays. She told me I could cancel my order for a FULL REFUND, no restocking fees. I got my full refund this past Tuesday. Although I did not get what I wanted when I wanted it from them, I was very pleased with customer service. I also did in fact get my Walther from somewhere else during the process, paid more but hey, I got my gun."

"The price for the rifle was a great value, however waiting 23 days (16 business) for a weapon that was "in stock" was a little long in my book. Customer service was prompt returning e-mails etc. I would shop there again however I know now that shipping takes some time."

"Not as good as I had hope for. It took 3 weeks for my order to finally ship. Nothing ever told me it was back ordered or such so I still do not know why it took so long. Never got a answer to my e-mails or anything. ON the good side I did receive my order and it was correct. "

"The jury is still out. It's been 7 days since my order and I'm still in the 7-10 days of limbo where my order is being "processed"...??? I only hope the item I ordered is in stock and will be dispatched sometime over the next 3 days. Communication on their part could be better. What takes 7-10 days? Really nice packaging? If the item is in stock, mail it. If it's not, say so. My 2 stars will increase if the item gets mailed in time. "

"I ordered a M&P 15-22 25rd Magazine from MHO on 01/27/2012. The item was billed to my Visa on 02/01/2012. The item showed as IN STOCK when I ordered, and showed that it was available for shipping on 02/17/2012. When I logged in, it showed that the order was still pending. Apparently MHO doesn't actually have some of the items they sell, and instead relies on a third party to fulfill the orders. To MHO's credit, they did refund my purchase amount immediately upon the cancellation of my order. They should have communicated prior to me having to initiate communication with them. Not real happy with the whole situation, and will probably not order from them again."

"I emailed customer service and asked them for a tracking number and they replied saying the item isnt in stock. Not sure why they took payment when the item wasnt there. No status update on where the order is as of yet."

"My experience has been typical of other reviews listed. My order was placed on 2/01/2012, and the status has been Order Confirmed/Processing for three weeks. No answer to emails, only a "please wait" reply to phone calls to all listed phone numbers. This is by far the worst merchant I have dealt with on the internet or anywhere, ever. My only consolation is that it was only a $14.00 order.I wish I had read the reviews before, I will definitely check before I order anything from a site I don't know!"
