"I ordered a Smith & Wesson M&P 9mm on 2-9-12. Picked it up at FFL holder on 2-16-12, exactly one week. I read complaints about the fact that they don't actually carry inventory on site but I don't think a week is bad at all. It is misleading saying it's "in stock" then ordering it from the manufacturer but they had at least $20 lower price that anywhere online and about $100 cheaper than I could find locally. It was worth it in my opinion. "

"HORRIBLE COMPANY. Go elsewhere for your products. They have artificially held up their ratings to seem decent. Everything they carry is listed as "In stock," but very little of it is. They will not tell you that it is backordered until you contact them. At that time they will say that it "usually takes a week." They will string you out indefinitely if you let them. Canceling orders is difficult. The company is unnecessarily difficult to navigate, between the three different names they go by and the fact that you can't just email a representative, you have to go into their custom system that doesn't work well at all. Terrible experience. I am currently trying to cancel my order and am having difficulty doing that."

"Customer Service was satisfactory, but I was told I'd receive my order in 7 - 10 business days it's been over 3 weeks( in business days) and I've still not received it. The order process did not work well either. When it ask you to select and confirm with a licensed FFL dealer for the transfer it doesn't register with your order. I had a previous order with them about a year ago that took almost 2 months to receive because of this problem. I tried to avoid this problem with my current order by calling them immediately after placing it and talking to a representitive. I thought this would insure me getting my order on time. Wasn't the case. I've been told my order will come within the next week. Their supplier doesn't want to ship until their order is larger. Their problem became mine. I chose TGSCOM because even though I've had problems in the past and present they still have great deals on firearms and accessories. And with problems and inconveniences aside I do eventually get what I wanted."
"i finally cancelled my order with Midwest. My order was in processing for more than 21 days with no word from midwest. My card was instantly charged for the item also. According to the web site they don't charge until they know the item is ready to be shipped. When I did get a hold of them they told me they could give me a 7% discount. Bid whoopie, that would have saved me 7.50 when shipping alone on the item was 12.00. So I told them if they gave me 7% + free shipping I would keep my order with them. They wouldn't go with it so I cancled my order. The same day I canceled my order I orderd from a different site that shipped my product the same day for less money. I will never even consider ordering from Midwest again. "
"Ordered 2 items on Jan 25th and it's now Feb 17th and it still has not been shipped, the 2 items I ordered show up in stock on there website. I didn't even get an email on what's going on with my items. Called to get a status and they said they don't know when it will be shipped. I have canceled my ordered. If you don't mined waiting for months to get your items, this is the place to get them. Will never order from them again!"
"Ordered a holster and it said it was in stock but checking the site it kept saying processing. Now they were quick to charge my credit card the day after placing the order but the order never arrived and after many attempts they finally cancelled the order and charged me to cancel the order even though it never shipped when they said it would. Worse company I ever dealt with. I am staying with Miami Valley Shooting Supply"

"I placed an order on 1/30/12. They charged my card, and my order has not changed from "processing". Have tried to call for two days without any success. Over Two weeks later and I still haven't heard from anyone. Their customer service site and 800 number are down so I can't even call. I have sent them two emails without reply. On an order totaling $1000, I expect better service than this. I will never buy from them again, even if they apologize with a gift card or credit. It's a waste of time. Horrible business. I should have went to Cabelas, and walked out with the gun the same day. In the wasted time I've spent with these jokers, the savings isn't even worth it at this point. From other reviews, it sounds like I have several more weeks of waiting....."

"Item was in stock on 2/6 when ordered; but still has not shipped as of today 2/13. Item was not back-ordered and I have had no communication giving any reason for the delay. I made two calls to confirm availability prior to ordering. First time I was on hold for over seven minutes; over five minutes the second. Both operators were very friendly and eager to help... but still am disappointed with the hold up on shipping.
