It's pretty outrageous that they would refuse to refund 100 dollars on a 250 dollar order simply to put the box back on the shelf.

"I bought some cigars that due to customs problems in Italy, so they were sent back and this is what I see from the courier's tracking number. From that moment my refund requests (650usd) were worthless, I couldn't even ask the USPS because only the shipper can do it, so Mike's cigar. I wrote several emails to Mikes cigars but at one point they never replied, they completely ignored me and in the meantime 4 months have passed. Third world stuff. They are dishonest and unfortunately a legal action would cost me way more than the 650usd, the fact remains that they have a disgusting and criminal attitude"

I will qualify this review by writing that I would rather pay a bit more for a stick and get great service than focus on how cheap a cigar is, or what a great deal I got. I work with Sol on my orders and she treats me like gold whether I order a single cigar or 100 of the most expensive sticks on the planet. It’s not just a transaction with Sol; she definitely cares that I have a good experience with Mike’s cigars. The cigars always arrive when she says they will, and in good condition. I could probably shop for a better deal, but I would rather buy from a tobacconist who treats me with a smile than be treated like another transaction. Jason in shipping always takes good care of my order and the cigars always arrive well-packed, on time, and in good condition. This is a first-rate establishment. "Ordered (6/7/22) a few sticks for my girlfriend's dad for father's day. I also put in an order for myself, since it's my first time ordering from this store and I wanted to ensure that my gift would actually be well received and not some trash that I would be embarrassed to give someone. Both orders arrived today (6/9/22). Fast, and although they offer a free shipping option (great if you want to save a little money) I went with 3 day UPS and it got here *super* fast; a day ahead of schedule! It cost $15, but for the price of a couple of sticks, it was worth it to have them in hand so quickly. They came in bags with water pillows, nestled in their shipping box.
I was apprehensive since this is my first time ordering cigars online and even moreso because of the negative reviews I read here. I went ahead and trusted my instincts along with the good reviews, and I'm very glad I did.
It turned out so well, that, as someone who normally doesn't write reviews (good or bad), I had to come here and give my honest and unsolicited opinion. I'm very pleased, and notoriously hard to impress. Immediately upon receipt of my order, I sampled 3 of the sticks and each one was very enjoyable.
One more thing worth noting - I had an issue where the billing address accidentally got mixed up with the shipping address. I emailed them about an hour after placing my order, and GOOD THING I did it so quickly, because they had to chase down the package when I decided to upgrade the shipping speed. I was a little rude to poor Natalie, the agent who replied to my email and asked for an alternate phone number to contact me at (since I'm having issues with my cellular provider and couldn't receive the call on the number I had provided with my order. She handled everything so well and so professionally, I was very impressed. They handled everything to my absolute satisfaction.
Long story short, my experience was everything I'd hoped for and then some. Check them out! I don't think you'll be disappointed."

"I've read some bad reviews on here and I couldn't agree LESS. I have had three orders from Mike's and all three came quickly. ( I'm 1600 miles away from them, Last order I ordered Monday afternoon and I got my order delivered Friday). I get my orders fast and fresh in factory packaging and factory wrapped. Mike's prices beat everyone's and even better when you use your reward points. I'm not ordering from anyone else. They even beat the auctions prices for the cigars I order. I had a question and ask it on a Sunday morning and had a answer 15 minutes later, how's that for communication. I would tell everyone to give them the opportunity to earn your business. Great place to do business with.
