"Let me start by saying saying I'm suprised with some of the bad reviews I'm seeing because this company gained a loyal customer in me. All due to the outstanding work and follow through by an associate by the name of Sol(?) not sure of spelling. Not only did she call me out of the blue to confirm my order, she ensure it was shipped and delivered. I placed a second order within days and needed the order to be delivered overnight and again she made it happen. For you guys that have mentioned bad customer service experience, ask for Sol next time and she will treat you like royalty every time. I'm a happy customer "
"I usually get my cigars from another online service, but they were out of my favorite cigars. So I tried Mike's. I got my order quickly, and everything was in perfect shape when it arrived at my house. In fact, if there were a flaw, it may have been that everything was packed up too carefully, with some of the higher-end single cigars with an extra layer of wrapping. There were also humidor sacks to keep everything moist. I smoked one of the cigars immediately, inspected all of the others, and concluded that everything was perfect. The cigar I smoked was well constructed, burned perfectly, and tasted great! During the period from when I ordered and when my product arrived, they emailed me four times, to confirm the order and give me shipping updates along the way. With the tracking number, I was able to just about watch my cigars travel to my house to almost the exact second they arrived. Now that I know who has my cigars in stock, I am definitely going to order from Mike's again. "
"This is the worst cigar company I've bought cigars from. They'll treat you like **** ,when you call them asking them where your order is, So I've bought around $1200 USD within a years time with this company, Never really had any problems intel this month. I placed my order and I got a email letting me know the tracking number, so i waited two day's to let the post update it in the system, well has days turn in to weeks, The post tracking number never updated, so I called them and asked what's going on with my order, the guy didn't put me on hold, but he thought he did, so he forgot to send my package out and when they were buying the tracking number for my package, the person enter my road address twice, so they just chose to just not send it out. When I called them to check on my order, they treated me like I was their worst enemy. This chick that works there called me up from 305 area code number, acting like she was the post office master, telling me BS story. Anyways if you like getting ripped off then this is the place for you!"
"Ordered and got a delivery date. Had to Pay for my 1st cigar order in years. New company. Boy did I mess up not checking reviews. The lack of decent customer service is what will kill this business. Ups let's order sit 30 miles from me from last Thursday the 6th. Today is the 12th and no delivery. I called to cancel order. They refuse to cancel so left note on door refusing delivery. Don't order from Mike's unless you don't give a crap about customer service.. thanks Mike's for having lousy staff."
"Order cigars and was told they shipped the next day USPS Priority- when the tracking date came and went, I contacted them and got no response. Emailed them twice trying to find where my cigars were, but no response. They tried using Covid as an excuse, but I have been ordering on line for the past 9 months with no problems what so ever. I was not interested in excepting cigars that had been out of a controlled environment for over 2 week. There a several great place online to do business with so forget about these guys."
"This place is such a SCAM. Please save your money!! I ordered 20 cohiba cigars for my boyfriend.... out of the 20, only 2 were in decent condition. They came all in a ziploc plastic bag. Mold, dried out, divets and holes from beetles, poorly wrapped, stickers were yellowed out, so clearly sitting a long time. When I reached out to their horrible customer service not only were they extremely rude but they insisted all their cigars are inspected before sending out (which is a total load of crap) and basically told me too bad and to kick rocks. Stay clear!!"
"Terrible customer service. They are terrible with their customer over the phone. I have sent three separate emails to customer service asking why my shipment was delayed and they did not respond. When I called and asked about why they did not respond to the email the manager said " well maybe it did not go through". I asked for a full refund and reference number to document my future refund... they could not provide me with that. The manger over the phone was rude and talked over the customer. What a terrible company in terms of customer service and caring for their customers.
Please do not order from this company they do not care about their customers. "

"I do agree that you get what you pay for but these were by far the worst things you could ever try to sell to someone. I thought I was getting a half-decent deal from Groupon with Mike's cigars but I was better off breaking off branches and twigs in my backyard and smoking them they weren't even good for my fireplace."

"You get what you pay for. Mikes had the best pricing for the cigars I wanted. I spent a lot of money on my favorite cigars. The second shipment came on July 3rd and I wanted to try one for the 4th. The cigar was dry and harsh. I sent a note to Mikes and they sent me a return label saying the manufacturer wants to inspect the cigars and they would send me replacements. I sent the cigars back and I waited a couple of days but didn’t get a ship notification for the new ones they were sending me so I sent another request. I was told once the manufacturer looks at them they will let me know what they are going to do. I wanted these cigars for a party. The fact that I have to wait for replacements to be shipped is ridiculous. As soon as I shipped the cigars back they should have put the new ones in the mail. I asked for a refund after this nonsense and was told I needed to wait until the manufacturer inspects the cigars. Horrible customer service..."
