"I have purchased a mixbook in the past and was so happy with it. My fiance and I purchase another one for a Christmas present for his grandmother. The book came on Christmas Eve, and it was DAMANGED!!!!! We had no time to send it back or anything and ended up giving her the book. She still loved the book but it was apparent that it was damaged. The top of the (hardcover) book, was damaged and had been pushed in a little. Very disappointing. The packaging was not in a box but it just cardboard like material. Probably will not be purchasing another book from this place again. I spent $55 for that, not happy!"

"I just wanted to thank Mixbook so much for the calendars I ordered. I had used a different company in the past and their calendars were okay. However, when I used theirs this year, I purchased one and it was printed on photo paper, not cardstock like before. It seriously looked like I had printed it at home. Knowing that I was going to give the calendar as Christmas presents, I rushed to find someplace else that could print calendars on cardstock. I happened upon Mixbook and saw in the FAQ that the calendars were, indeed, printed on cardstock. I started using Mixbook and can I just say Mixbook is incredible! The previous company I used had some very limiting templates, but Mixbook's software for designing a calendar gave me so much control over everything. I didn't feel limited at all! I was able to design a really great calendar, so much better than at the other company. I ordered my calendars, and they arrived earlier than I thought. And again, I was absolutely pleased that their quality is top-notch! They look professional and very sturdy.

" This was a last minute idea that i had about making a calendar. Many of the photos that i wanted to use on the calendar were taken well before digital camera's were invented. Mixbooks made everything so simple right down to letting me know if my pictures were going to come out to grainy or not. I found that the hardest part about doing the calander was figuring out which pictures to put where and how to use all the extra addons to help make a better design. I have spent months compiling pictures, letters, memorabilia, scanning everything, typing all of the 100 + pages of a diary my husband's great grandmother wrote in 1890 (which his cousin kindly let me borrow), typing my husband's recollections of his grandparents, his life and his families' lives. I even joined Ancestry.com to obtain more information on his family. His Great Grandfather was in the Civil War and I found the regiment he was in and the battles they fought. All of these items are in the book. As you can see, this book has become very important to me. My husband's birthday is this week and I am going to give him the book.
