"** update ** I did get a refund after a lot of headache. DO NOT ORDER FROM MODCHIP.COM!

Same issue as others. Said it was shipped, never received. Got the same candid e-mail response about checking into why it never made it. No response to e-mails.

"Placed order on 12/31/07 recieved invoice on same date. I have e-mailed the company 5 times now waiting on a response. Sent the last one today on the 24th of January. If I dont get a response today I will contact my credit card company for a charge back and file fraud charges against the company."

"I seem to be the latest sucker to get screwed over by this company. I placed my order on January 7th, 2008. I promptly got my invoice notice and was happy as can be to find my Talismoon Whisper Fan. I wait for about 6 days and get an email from them telling me my order had shipped on January 8th, 2008. I'm thinking "wow now that was a fast turnaround". It's now January 23, 2008 and I haven't received my order.

I waited the 8 days and then contacted them. After a week of no reply I sent another one on the 20th asking them if it had been lost and to please provide me with an update. Still nothing. Today I decided to risk it and intimidate them with a threat of contacting my lawyer to draw up charges for theft and fraud. I've given them an ultimatum of 24 hours to rectify or respond. We'll see if that gets them move their butts. If not I'll be filing a claim with my bank. If the claim does not go through I'll be filing a lawsuit against them.

I also took the time to contact Talismoon themselves because they were the ones that linked me to www.consoleshop.com. I'm holding them partially at fault because of this.

"I placed an order (from consoleshop.com) on Dec. 30, 2007, received a notice of shipment the next day, and was charged on Jan. 4th, 2008. It is now Jan. 22 and I have yet to see my order arrive. I have attempted to email them twice now and haven't received a single reply.

I am still going to wait out a little bit longer before I file a claim with my credit card company. Gotta say their customer service is pretty bad.

UPDATE: Last night I received my ordered in my mailbox! It was shipped in a large white padded envelope and was mailed from Monaco (next to France). Though it took almost a month to get my order, I DID get it! So, I say to rest to be patient and for those you haven't ordered yet but are considering, I say it is moderately safe to order from them, but be willing to wait a L-O-N-G time to get the package.

"Consoleshop received my order 12/29/07 and acknowledged by email that the order shipped 12/31/07. The email said to allow 3-6 business days and if 8 business days pass to contact them at ****@****.... Things happen, I can wait a little longer if need be, but I emailed them 1/16 1/20 and 1/21 plus today. They do not respond. I have contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge. It has now been removed.
My opinion is that they shipped nothing and reply to no one. They do promptly bill your credit card - I give them that. Do not shop this site.

"Ordered on Dec 30, 2007... Like all the other reviews... they charged credit card Dec 31 and said 6-8 days. It's now January 21! I've emailed them 3 times with no response. I just don't get it. " I ordered the Xecutor 3CE with the solderless adapter and almost immediately after they charged my credit card. They were very willing to take my money but as to reply to my emails or questions... not so much. So when I ordered the product I immediately emailed them asking them when it would be expected to be in - it was on "back-order". After a while I got frustrated and emailed them several more times. They only finally replied to my email after I told them I would file fraud complaints against them. Well, that is fraud, if they take me money and ship no product, is it not? So after the worst shopping experience of my life. I finally got a reply and a refund. I will never, ever, shop from them again. If the only way to survive a terrible plague was to order something from these guys, (strangely enough), I wouldn't do it.... to put it into perspective. They have terrible terribly service. That's all I got to say."

"I placed an order with them on the 22nd of December, received order confirmation.

On the 2nd of Jan I received an e-mail stating that my order was shipped on the 24th of December, I checked my credit card, and i had indeed been charged. That e-mail said that it would take 3-6 business days, if I didn't see anything in 8 business days to contact them.

I contacted them on Jan 9th asking for a tracking number, tried contacting them again on the 10th.

They finally got around to e-mailing me on the 14th to say they were "sorry" and they were having a problem with their carrier, and would contact me the next business day.

Needless to say, I haven't heard anything else from them. I guess I'll have to dispute the $150 charge on my credit card.

What a crappy company.

"I wish I had seen these reviews before.
But in some way I feel lucky because my order was just for $4.99 + S/H.
Anyway I've ordered a PSP screw set.
I got a confirmation email and then a shipping notice where they say that average delivery time is 3-6 days.
Now it's 10 days and nothing.
But after reading these reviews I've realized that they ship from some other country.
So I guess that, if I am ever going to receive my order, it won't be before 3-4 weeks.
Just for the record, I've contacted them twice but no reply so far.
Anyway, first and last time. They won't see my money again.

"t has now been well over a month since I got any communications from this company. I ordered my items and got a email that order was shipped around the 3rd of Dec. However, I have yet to receive my stuff. All attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I don't have any idea where my package is, I have an xbox 360 open and waiting to finish mods. They have left me high and dry without a phone number to contact, without a tracking number, without so much as a formal apology or any other proof my items where shipped. Oh, and yes my credit card has been charged!
Never again.

To update, after sending them several emails since Dec 27,07, threatening to expose them to attorney general and reporting this to credit card company, they send me a bogus email today Jan 16,that my order never shipped! Still no tracking info at all! BEWARE OF THIS SITE!

"i had made my order on the 27th. it is now jan 8. i didn't even realize they were out of the country and now i have yet to receive another email except for the "after 8 days email back". i think that the shipping is ridiculously slow, and that they should notify US Customers. also if they allow UPS tracking, they should give you a number so you can do so. it must be a one person business who disconnected his/her phone number because he/she didn't want to keep hearing people screaming in his/her ear about the shipping. i do recall buying from the same company a while back and i got my order promptly. i hope i get my order some time soon. until then its back to waiting out by the mailbox...."
