"I made a purchase of HD Advance 2.0 and a 120 GB HDD from modchipstore on march 12th. When I go to the shipping information page I get nothing but the dat changeing everyday to the next day. I have tried to write a ticket, but found out that you never get a response from them. I have seen on this site that they reply that my email is blocking them, althouhg I have on no protction, and have givin them two email addresses to conttact me by. I have also called them repeatedly, left both my cell and home numbers and recieved no response. I even tried to conntact russel and emergency with no results. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I am not even sure anyone works there.

"I just purchased a $600 plus premod fully loaded XBox with a 160Mb hard drive. I didn't like not having a phone number on the website that I could call and talk to someone. I put a ticket in before purchasing to talk to someone about the product. Someone called me back pretty quickly and I went ahead and purchased the item. This was for my 12 year old son who was just diagnosed with a serious heart disease. He cannot do any sports or activities so this was all he wanted. THe package came on Tuesday the day before his birthday. When he opened on his birthday he was THRILLED!!! He could not wait to start playing. I was upset to find there was not any instructions, no invoice, no paperwork other than what came with a regular XBox. We got the one that had the LCD screen on the box and other things. The hard drive was down in the box with the xbox and also had no instructions. My son was upset that we could not figure it out. I went to the email's I received when ordering and could not figure out what instrutctions I needed. I went to the website and could not figure it out. I called the phone number that was on the address label and got no one. Thursday, I sent 3 emails to the ****@****. I left 3-4 messages and also did a couple of tickets. I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING from anybody. My son has been so upset and now I regret spending this kind of money. I am desparate to try to talk to someone. I don't know what else to do. I have the $600 plus XBox and don'thave a clue how to work it or what to do. Right now I would not recommend them to ANYBODY. I am thinking about boxing up the XBOX and sending it back. I am so disappointed for my son!!!! He is going through enough right now and did not need this.

It is now a week since we received this item and NO ONE has called us. I am returning it today and I WILL NEVER use this company again and will also tell EVERYONE I know to stay away from them. I also saw where the Better Business Bureau had a very poor review on them as well. So I recommend EVERYONE STAY AWAY from this business!!!

I finally got an email today and they are telling me they have responded to me and left me messages. I added every single email address from them to my address book so I would get any emails from them. I have checked every suspect email and every spam email for the last week and NOT ONE EMAIL has come from them!!! They have not responded until today. The ticket I submitted through their website was not responded to until today at 5:00 (3/22/05). They are saying they will charge me a restocking fee. It is their fault I am unhappy and they are going to charge me for their mistakes!! I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!"
