"I ordered my DMS4 Pro SE v12 PS2 on 02-07-06 and I recieved it within 5 days. I had a slight problem with loading a specific "type" of game (DMS4 Pros know what I mean) and they were more than willing to help me in whatever way. Their customer service responds to email very quickly. I sent it to them for repair and they quickly fixed the problem and returned it to me."

I ordered 'HDAdvance version 3' and they sent me 'HDAdvance version 2'. Why would I buy version 2 from them if I could get it from a more reputable company at a better price? The ONLY reason I purchased from this company was because they had version 3! I have the print-out of the product description (along with the emailed order confirmation) and it is clear on what I actually ordered. Now, they expect me to pay for returning it or they'll just credit me $5 for their mistake. Is this how they do business regularly? If so, then I think the authorities should know straight away!! I did NOT ask them to send me this incorrect product, nor should I be expected to pay to return it to them. If it was their mistake in sending it, then why on Earth should pay to get it returned? I would've gladly waited for the back-ordered product since that is EXACTLY what I paid for. They sent version 2 to me without my request. "When first trying them out, I found the store incredibly efficient in costumer service and their site was especially easy to use. I had already ordered a swap boot disc for my PlayStation 2 system when I found out they featured a better price if you bought it along with a swap card. I contacted them through their innovative helpdesk system and recieved support within an hour. However, they changed WITHOUT REASON the product from NTSC to PAL, and even after I alerted them, they still sent me a PAL version which was of no use at all on my NTSC system.
When I asked for an explanation all they could say was "Ah...our system did that automatically", and then they closed the topic forbidding further replies. That's not exactly what I can professional.
Let's not even mention the fact they use DHL, which was late and apparently "pretended" to deliver my package more than once, updating their tracker system to "delivery attempted" when I was home all the time waiting...
