"It took 2 weeks for it to even being shipping and an additional week to be delivered. Expect at least a month to receive your product, maybe not if you chose another item. Also when I received my order the wood on the table had a large brown spot in the wood, I know it supposed to be "natural effect" but it seemed a bit of an eye sore. And the slats on the table were uneven and I had to sand it to make it flush. I'm torn on how I feel about to product/service. Shipping and price were cheaper than the rest so I guess u get what u pay for. "

"The customer service was terrible. We kept waiting for delivery notice, and when I called and checked on it, I was told it was my responsibility to call the shipper - but no one ever told me that I gave me a number! So it was very late, and we had to leave town and delay delivery. MFW told me that I could be charged for not accepting the order on the day it was ready...even though it was their fault! I was really upset. I expected a discount not MORE CHARGES! The back metal of the bed has small dents in it, and the back screws don't fit the backing of the shelves (we have to buy new one), but I didn't even bother trying to contact Modern Furniture because they were so rude, and I would NEVER order from then again."
