The packing was well done and delivery was quick. The price was very reasonable. We initially looked at Lowe's for this product and the employees, as usual, were clueless. The same for our local True Value hardware store (who referred us to Lowe's). Once we stopped laughing, we found this product and vendor on-line quickly and can see why on-line shopping is killing brick and mortar outlets. "

I asked customer service twice about when my chair would ship and both times they said it the next day or so and that I would get confirmation AND that the delivery driver would call to set up a delivery time. Both of those things never happened. I got a notice from fed ex that my chair had been attempted delivered and I wasn't there so I had to go pick up my chair from a fed ex facility in Irving! Which was not convenient it was a 45 minute drive and we had to wait about 40 min for them to bring my chair out. Not a good experience. Had I known i would not have ordered from this site."
