"Purchased the Ibiza Wickerlook bistro set in white (2 dining armchairs and 27.5"square table). Very stylish and good quality. Chairs are comfortable. Table needs assembly. Be careful not to over-tighten the pedestal as you risk damaging the table top. Packaging was minimal and box arrived in tatters. However, contents survived unscathed (miraculously)!"

"Total disaster, thanks to the terrible freight shipping company they use to ship their furniture.

Four different appointments made by the shipper to arrange for delivery - four different days taken off from work to be home - four different appointments missed entirely, without so much as a courtesy call to inform us our furniture was never loaded onto the truck - FOUR different times!

We ordered two sofas for roughly $800 - at this point we have lost almost twice that in wages from taking days off, and still no furniture whatsoever.

Four different missed appointments is about two more than any sane person would tolerate - so at this point we are just trying to cut our losses and get a refund.

Unfortunately, Modern Furniture Warehouse, while kept abreast of the situation for about three weeks and having offered to refund our money - is no longer responding to our official request for a refund."
