"The post caps (solar charged LED lights) were just as described. They were packed well and all work as expected. It's been about 2 weeks with a mix of sun and cloudy days, and they're still lit/working when I leave for work around 0600."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. SCAM SCAM SCAM..false advertizing they take your order, charge your card and never get back to you. I kept calling them and no one answers. When you chat they keep saying "we will check with the warehouse", no one gets back to you.
Repeated chat and then you get the standard answer "not in stock - discontinued", website still shows 25+ available. You will never see a refund. I am learning this the hard way - going to BBB on this"
"Poor marks for customer communication. I received no notification that my order had been received, processed, or shipped. After several weeks I sent an email to customer service, and received a response several days later indicating that my order would be shipped the following Monday and that I should receive an email confirmation. When I did not receive the confirmation I contacted customer service again, and was again told that my order would be shipped in another few days and that I would receive an email confirming shipment. I never did receive any confirmation emails, but my order was finally received more than a month after it was placed. I can understand and forgive legitimate delays, but can not forgive the lack of any communication or feedback. I would probably not order from this vendor again."

"I received my Stroll-air 24" handle cover item # STR-HS33324 on 4/28/2014. I was disappointed in that I tried to install it and immediately the zipper miss-tracked as the teeth miss aligned and it is now stuck with both ends of the zipper in the open position. I tried to realign the teeth and in seconds the zipper pull separated completely. The zipper is of the cheapest quality. In addition, I measured it and it comes to only 23". I needed all of that extra inch. In addition it took you about three weeks just to fulfill my order. No tracking number was given as promised or even a date the order was even shipped despite two calls to confirm the order was filled. "

"Unfortunately, after purchasing on line at Modern Furniture store, I found the exact same product for $30 less. They make the return policy difficult. It can only be returned based upon damage to the product. They are simply way too expensive."
"This company is a scam and rip off. They have no accountability for the products they sell. I ordered a custom couch waited 2 months to receive it and after only 5 months the leater was so poor in quality that it started peeling.. I did everything I could to get this company to repair, replace or refund my sofa, but they continue to give me the run around and I was forced to take leagal action. The style of the product is breathe taking, until the poor quality shines through. Please do not order anything from this company!!!
