"Monarch Computer Systems is not only good,it's excellent. I could have had a bad time. When I ordered I accidently indicaded the most expensive shipping method. I called the next business day. i spoke to Nicky. She was cheerful and seemed enthusiastic about her job. She remade the order with the appropriate shipping. I found out later that the item sold out between my original order and the new one. The supplier stopped supplying the product and there was no other source. Nicky worked very hard to convince the supplier to disassemble 4 complete mother board packages to fill the orders of mine and 3 other customers. this was a $22.00 dollar item. She did it for me, the customer. She made my problem her problem. I could have been a bad experience. Thanks to the professionalism Nicky displayed it was the best experience ordering on line I've had. "

"Price was SIGNIFICANTLY less than anybody else. In fact, I think that there might have been an error in the pricing, especially since after I ordered I could no longer find the part listed and a few weeks later it reappeared at a higher price. Ordered on a weekend, which resulted in automated e-mails telling me that my billing address for my credit card was wrong. This caused a bit of hassle, as I spent time calling the credit card to try to sort, prior to knowing that it was only because Monarch was closed. "Monarchcomputer.com is a classic example of a business that does not have an adequate Supply Chain Management system. Their website is misleading with product inventory levels and also falsifies the actual delivery of the products. Having paid for 2 day shipping, the products has taken over 10 business days to ship; it took 5 business days just to process my order and the remainder in packing the products for delivery. It was until the day they shipped the products that I was notified that the two products were in backorder and will not ship until they receive them. Had I have known this, I would NOT have purchased these products from them. What can I do with a computer system that doesn't have a monitor or CPU? Their business model is very poor: customer service, IT management, website management, supply chain management, and marketing is an all-time low. And the final blow to their consumers: e-mail marketing spam, receiving a minimum of 2 e-mails per day on specials.

Avoid purchasing anything from Monarch Computer unless you do not care about the time it takes to get your product."

"This place is HORRIBLE. They won't allow you to ship to an address different than the billing address. Didn't answer emails. "I paid for two day shipping and ordered a CPU on Tuesday night. The item did not ship until Thursday night although it was immediately charged.

Also, since Monarch requires a signature Fedex would not drop it off at the front office like I requested via a signed note taped to the door so I had to drive down to Fedex on Monday night to pick it up after work. Monarch should be paying me $10 for shipping.

I was ready to accept Monarch's poor service until they sent me a survey which I took the time to fill out for some reason.

I filled it out and explained my one complaint was the misleading shipping times for Fedex 2 day.

I got a very short and rude response in return which I can't quote due to rules.

Let's just say the better response would have been.. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. To prevent this from happening to other customers, we will clarify we do not have Fedex deliver on Saturday in the 2 day option box at the time of purchase.

Price was right but will not buy from this store again due to horrible customer service and order processing/shipping time. I am usually very patient but a busines that obviously has made no effort to change their flawed shipping/processing methods is not worth my time and money in the future.

"MonarchComputer is the best. I researched for a very long time which parts to get. The only question was where to buy from. I considered ibuypower, abs, cyberpower, puget, and just building it myself but I decided to go with monarch. I called to see what they could do for me and to see how they would treat me even though I havent even purchased yet. They were very respectful (one person in particular, Mr. Sterling) and over the period of a few months, I called him ~5 times about my future purchase and he stuck with me though it was probably pretty anoying talking to someone that long for someone who hasn't even purchased. Anyway, I purchased the furia custom desktop and was very very pleased. The specs were: Opteron 165, 74gb raptor, evga 7900gt co, dfi ultra d, antec truepower II, Antec P160w case, NEC 3550 dvd rw drive. It took about a week to build, and about 5 days to ship via the least expensive meathod. I consider this pretty good because they shipped from Georgia to California (no california tax!). It arrived in pristine condition, packaged very well. The wiring looked very professional. I was impressed to say the least.

Anyway, if youre wondering where to purchase from, look no further than monarchcomputer. I have to say that they are the very best I have ever dealt with and Ive dealt with alot (dell, sony, hp, ect).
