"Good prices, timely shipping, however the packaging was AWFUL. Ordered a pair of WD hard drives. They arrived in a small box held together by a single layer of bubble-wrap secured around one dimension. The drives were in only the anti-static bag and there was no cushioning between the two drives. The box contained styrofoam peanuts but was only 1" larger than the hard drives.

I don't think the drives were damaged, and I have them installed in my system. If it turns out that I need to have one or both replaced, I will post the results here.
Updated Thu 7/28: One of the drives turned out to have problems. I emailed Joe last Sunday and he agreed on Monday 7/25 to ship me a replacement. I have not yet received the replacement drive."
