"Your typical mechanic's shop. The customer service is OK. They could definitely be a bit friendlier and more professional. The prices are fair. The actual service is decent. My only real complaint would be that they are not very high-tech. I bought tires there about 15 months ago. With a set of tires, I get free balance and rotation for the life of the tires. Of course, they don't keep a record of this anywhere. So I have to hold on to the receipt. Without it, there is no way for me to prove to them that I bought my tires in their shop. Very annoying. "

"I felt they weren't there for my best interest they were there to try and keep upselling. They even made a negative comment on where I got my tires done. Also after paying a big bill for four new brakes they tried to tell me I need a power steering flush because it was very dirty. I declined and went to my normal place that changers my oil and asked them if it was a service that I needed and all my power steering fluid was clear and clean. I just feel they were about upwelling and not concerned with the customer's needs."
