"I have been dealing with the store located on Beechmont Avenue in Ohio. They were supposed to have changed my brake pads that were shot (which were lifetime guaranteed by them less than a year ago), turn the rotors and replace a caliper. A week later my brakes on the right side were smoking. Called them and was told that would be 3 days before they could look at it and would call us back. Never heard from them. Now only a month after having my brakes worked on, my right front is locked up. It won't move at all. I called customer service and they actually told me that they want me to take it back to their shop or if I take it somewhere else...have it paid to get repaired and THEN they will let me know if they will consider a refund. In the meantime I can't even drive my vehicle, I would have to pay to get it towed somewhere to even get looked at."
