Additionally, the same service I paid for was giving to two different patrons for the discount price however they never displayed/ produced any coupons. Not your place if you desire respectful quality professional staff and service. "

"I made an appointment for 5:45 on the 12th of March I arrived and asked that in addition to the oil change I get a radiator flush the technician told me sorry he wouldn't be able to finish it by 7 so we couldn't do it I asked him if there's any way that you know if it took longer I pay extra I would even be willing to come back and pick the car up or sit there and wait until he was done was told no the girl at the desk told me to give him 25 30 minutes I went next door to the Arby's to eat at 5 after 6 they were pulled in the car back out into the lot I went back over to pay for it was told that my tires were crap and that I needed to purchase all new ones they quoted me at $900 for all four but with discounts at 600 I couldn't afford that kind of money they laughed and said the tires are necessity I might need to grow up and realize that after being ignored by the few questions about my needs or what I thought were in my engine and him not answering them I simply asked the girl for my keys back and told her I would think about the tire situation at which point they rolled her eyes and laughed and said we can go see you again we know that and walked into the bay area of the store leaving me standing there so I left went to the local Speedway and noticed that my hood was still popped so I lifted it found paper towel stuck down in the engine there was oil sprayed all over the inside of my engine to the point that it was Dripping a little bit I'm not even sure if I really received an oil change I've never felt more disrespected or made to feel more cheaper poor than I did that day at your store I will never return to that location nor will I recommend it and as a matter of fact I warn people about it I'm going to have to take money now that I have already spent to get an oil change because I don't even believe I received one as well as try to get it radiator flush my maintenance light is still on which I thought they had reset they said they would but they didn't really go over anything with me so I don't even know what they did this receipts only have printed as well the printer must not work there who knows I was too scared to ask they laughed at every question I had like I was an idiot I don't have one positive thing to say about that store"
