"I just wanted my car inspected and they tried to tell me that I needed things done to my car that are not necessary to pass inspection. They tried charging me 14 dollars for a bulb that costs 2 bucks and to make matters worse, they tried to order me the wrong bulb. They gave me a quote of 600 dollars and I went somewhere else to compare. When I showed them the sheet Monroe gave me, the mechanic started laughing hysterically because the things that they were trying to charge me for were unnecessary for inspection and they were trying to overcharge me for a lot. Also, they had all of the wrong parts down for what they wanted to order me. Needless to say, I got my car out of Monroe ASAP and got it inspected elsewhere for a more reasonable price of 200 dollars instead of Monroe's laughingly overpriced 600."

"Captive 6 hour wait for a break job that was over priced. Car was on the rack right away work done on the 5th hour. Another unsatisfied customer in the lobby also waiting too long. Stay away or you will loose money and time while your car is on the rack so you cannot just leave. "
