"I had to have a lot of work done and I was shopping around for the best prices. When I entered monro, the new manager, Kevin, priced out everything and even offered to give me a price break since I was looking to have a lot done.
I dropped it off the next day to get the work started and when I priced it up a day later, Kevin told me that he ended up doing more work than anticipated but he wasn't going to charge me more because he wanted to stay loyal to the price he quoted me.
Going over everything that was done, we noticed that a synthetic oil change was overlooked and he told me to bring it back the next day and he would take care of it, freee of charge.
