"I dropped my car off for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be completed in an hour. I returned nearly 3 hours later and was told it would be a few minutes more. My car was not finished for another 40 minutes. When I paid they would not offer any discount and recommended I make an appointment next time to avoid the wait. I advised an appointment was made and the employee shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. There was no apology for the wait in service."

"Sunday morning one of my tires was in need of air after hitting a curve two weeks ago. I was desperate need of getting my tire replaced . Drove to Monroe first time visiting and the guys at Monroe took care of me. ASAP "

"I was sold tires without telling test there are hidded fees ( more than $100 total). I wasn't offered the more reasonably priced tires. The manager kept stressing that buy 3 get 1 Kelly tire is a great deal. In reality, after adding alignment cost and some shop supply fee this deal is not a deal at all. If I bought all 4 tires of different , cheaper Brand , I would save money . Instead of promised 2-3 hours, it took Monro 5 plus hours to complete the job and I lost all day without a car .The 2 tires which manager stressed " we're very bad" , had only 25000 miles with mileage warranty 40000. The manager could look at the computer to see the last date / mileage of the last tire replacement but he never bothered to do so. Even when I brought the receipt for the last tire replacement he just told me and said the tires were born . Why were they worn ? I am a single mom , I don't drive a lot , I don't carry a lot of stuff, the tires wer less than 25000 miles . Any reasons to change them ? "

"Charged $630 for a brake job. Parts cost $260 form advance auto where the had them delivered. Meaning they overcharged by $370. On top of that heard there employee behind the desk bragging on the phone how well his store was doing that day. "
