"Made an appointment online and got in the next day. Men that worked there were pleasant and respectful. There was no misogynistic undertones that other maintenance personnel can exude. The gentleman called with an estimate and explained each item as promised. I shopped while they completed the oil change, front breaks replacement, and back breaks realignment in a timely manner. When I went to pay they found me as many discounts as they could. Most notably, the gentleman at the desk noticed I was stressed and genuinely asked me if I was okay. I would recommend Monro in St. Clairsville, OH to anyone looking for service. "

Store manager has not been available by phone and has not returned my call. Corporate customer service has not responded to my voice message or online contact forms I submitted.
Would not recommend them for any service especially tires if you value your wheels and time. If you do choose to deal with them, take before photos of everything they could touch or damage on your vehicle first and then be prepared to double check everything they do and then subsequently fight to get them to make it right afterwards."

"I went in for exhaust work,they looked at it told me they cold weld the small hole I have in my exhaust. After leaving I assumed it was done correctly..a few weeks later same problem,so I took it back they supposedly fixed it again I been there 3 times for the same fix...today I looked under my car because the sound came back and I saw where they didn't weld anything they out some kind of gunk on the exhaust that didn't work but I was charged $150 and told they was going to weld it...and they didn't put my heat shield back on."
