"I am very happy with Monro, I just has a oil change and ask for them to please just a hole for me that send the windshield cleaner to the window. And he ask me about what oil change pay I want to pay for he ask me is it the $19.99 I said yes and he said I though so. any way after I get in my car I forget to ask him about the thing I ask to check so I know how much it will cost. I check and the problem was fix and he even put cleaner water in it. He is very nice the manage. His name is Mr. Tolland he sure get a raise."

They treated me with the upmost respect and I felt like a valued customer. After getting my oil changed, I had to return to Monro the same day for another car issue and they fixed it within 5 minutes free of charge. "They are fair in many ways and should be consulted for repair estimates. Their work quality is very good, they often price match discounts... BUT, they grossly overcharge for parts by insisting on MSRP with a tiny discount. EX: They priced a caliper at $122 + labor when I found it online for $40 and locally at $43 retail, with life warranty. A short brake hose was MSRP $90. They 'discounted' it to $80. I found it online for < $6. When I did mech work years ago, I bought these hoses for $4 and charged $6. MSRP was alwaya a laughable sky high price that we showed to clients but never dared charge that. $122 and $80 are price gouging and not fair to clients."
