"Shop #601 is the only one I go to. The guys are fair and nice and always professional. My car is always ready when they say it will be, if not before. I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially women as they won't try to sell you products or services that you don't need just to make a sale."

Avoid Oswego store - new manager has poor attitude, no follow through, does not anticipate needs

"New manager does not plan ahead and failed to get parts in time to do the repair in a timely and reliable fashion. He waited until the dealerships were already closed to start repair and then needed to order dealer only parts. Poor attitude, told me lie about corporate may provide discount but he wouldn't (not couldn't), corporate said they don't do that. Stated he charged me less than regular markup on parts, showed a whole $14 discount. 2 day repair turned into 6 day repair - really WOWed me in a bad way."

"Very disappointed in Monro. I went for BRAKES and paid over $500. Now it has been one year and I am told Monro failed to check/replace my brake rotors. In turn, I am now due over $500 to replace my rotors and install NEW brake pads. So sad when this should not be needed for another couple of years. If Monro would have properly assessed my vehicle I would not be so frustrated. In no way can they say my rotors looked perfectly fine 6k miles ago. Rotors cannot go so thin in that amount of time. I am a female unaware that I needed to ask about my rotors until now. I just wish back then I knew and called them out right then and there. Lesson learned!!!"

"Personally I am very disappointed in the workmanship that was done on my vehicle. We needed a repair on my exhaust system to get back home which is about a half hour drive. Even though the system was braced and welded it rattles and bangs with every little bump so needless to say I still have to take it somewhere else to get that repaired."
