"One star is really TOO MANY. Do NOT EVER, EVER go to the Monro on Summer St in Ftichburg. It's too complicated to get into ALL the reasons why. Just know that I had a claim with their insurance company for what they did to my car & that the employees couldn't be a whole lot worse.
I need the guys from the Erdman Way Leominster (BJs) location back!!! They were the best - been there literally dozens of times.
