"Tires! He said tires were bad and tried to sell us $800.00 worth..took it to a tire garage to get second opinion and said the tires were fine. Monroe didnt do the tire rotation that we paid for because he said tires would vibrate the car. Drove 1200 miles after someone else rotated the tires with no problems or vibrations. This is my second and probably last time we go here. A few years ago my trucks brake line burst. It was a 1972 ford f150 (a rust bucket). They gave me an estimate of over $1000.00 to fix. I thought maybe we would give them a second chance after a few years and I see things have not really changed."

"Very upset and not happy with the Lockport ny store!! Went in with a rear brake issue and an oil change left with almost $600 in charges for the repairs.!!!! I got triple charged for the parts used, charged for service that was not preformed, and oil; change sign said $16.99 got charged $19.99 for it!!! And to top it off was not giving a quote for the total job and was raped by the company and the employees!!!!! Take my advice dont go to this store or company as must be this is the only way they can make money in the automotive industry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
