"The part worked like a charm. They had to order it from the Chrysler Parts Center. It was delivered 13 days after I put in the order. Note: The ETA that is given is arrival to Mopar Parts Giant. If they need to order the part, allow a few extra days for them to ship it to you. Overall, I was impressed with the transaction. One happy customer."

Selling an out of stock part

"Super disappointed for having to go through hoops to get a part they never really had! It doesn’t make sense to advertise a part that isn’t available to begin with. I could have spent my time somewhere else. Bad business practice and hope they take this into consideration."

"I ordered this item in the cart paid for it on my Visa Card, and it showed in stock and order placed.
However shortly after I received an email from you, stating my order was cancelled, with not reason why.
Still don't know if my order will be shipped to me or if my Visa card was credited for the cancelled purchase.
