"Price for part was good but the shipping charge went from $51 to an additional $136 - four days after the order had been placed. At that price point, it was cheaper to buy from my local dealership. Buyer beware of additional charges even after order is placed. I must also say the refund for the cancellation was quick. So on my case was just an additional 4 day delay in getting my part. "

"Tried ordering an instrument cluster for an 07 jeep wrangler. Had just about every part number listed and even said it was in-stock only to later be told that it wasn't in stock after I had ordered. Requesting availability is not the easiest either as half the time I could not find the help tab. Also if you have a payment issue you must cancel the order and resubmit instead of having the option to just update and resubmit. Great diagrams and part listing but it does no good if your inventory is wrong."
