"After checking on the status of my order it stated the order was cancelled. Did not state a reason. My credit card was charged. Tried to email them after hours but email was returned not deliverable. I did not receive an email that the order was cancelled or for what reason. This is holding up the replacement of my windshield. They should have called. Now I have to call the bank and cancel payment. This seems like a bogus company. I will call them for an explanation."

“In the event of a backorder part (less < 1%), we will inform you and provide you with the option to cancel the part or the entire order. If you are willing to wait, your credit card will not be charged and invoiced until the parts arrive at our warehouse and the order is ready for shipment.”
