"Over a year ago, I hired Morgan And Morgan I was hit from behind and was injured from the accident. I have had three different sets of attorneys and I understand it’s a process but the attorney and paralegal I have now continues to do the same thing with the same results with the same money, that’s already been paid months ago And getting no other resolution I have contacted the attorney three or four times left messages and absolutely no response from him which his voicemail says he would call back in 24 to 48 hours. Still nothing. I’ve been told by the paralegal I’ll have a check last week still no check And all in all I have to have surgery in the end they get more money than I do. It’s sad. They say they work for the people not contacting your clients back with information and repeatedly doing the same things over and over that’s already done by the last set of attorneys is ridiculous. You’re wasting your time and mine , I think they’ve gotten too big and too busy to be for the people "

"Had a personal injury case and they agreed to take my case. Was assigned a lawyer and paralegal. Was reassigned another lawyer and paralegal. I had to collect most of my records because they didn’t really follow up. Sent a demand letter back at beginning of February 2024 to defendants insurance company. Talked to the paralegal who told me the letter stated 30 days or we would file suit. Followed up with paralegal after 30 days and told they give 60 days usually. After 90 days followed up with no response. Quickly was given a new attorney and paralegal. Today was given a call finally from the attorney that they would not be taking my case. What? Why would you send a demand letter to the insurance company then? Lawyer told me that they are after higher value cases now. So much for fighting for everyone. "

Morgan and Morgan use the perfect bait and switch for a quick payday.
They prey on slip and fall victims.
You sign the contract, and they will drop your case within a year, Guess what they do? They keep the lien on your case.
Their harmful tactics, pressure, and unethical practices caused my 70-year-old mom to have an attack and go to the emergency room.
The attorney or case manager made and accepted a settlement offer without discussing this with my mom.
Today, Morgan & Morgan quit because what they did is illegal. This is legal malpractice, and I told my mom not to sign the documents.
I have emails to back up all my claims. Please feel free to contact me, and I will freely share.
User's recommendation: Don't get sucked in by Morgan & Morgan's false advertisement. They are not for the people, it's all about the money. I'll share the emails.

"We contacted Morgan & Morgan over 4 weeks ago. Our case was accepted against workers comp in Florida. Days later we were assigned an attorney and a paralegal. Two weeks later we were assigned a new attorney and paralegal in Tallahassee (Natalie/Donna), two weeks later we were finally scheduled to speak with an attorney. One and half hours before the scheduled call Natalie says the case does not belong in Tallahassee but Orlando/Sarasota. No call to discuss case. This last change makes no sense as the injury took place in Tallahassee. Seems to me this company likes to scam people and waste time. I believe this is a run for the hills to someone else. It’s a shame I thought better of them."
"ON March 9 2023 I fell down a flight of Church steps and suffered major injury at age 84. The Boston office called me five days later and said , after telling them the circumstances , they would take my case. They sent a letter (preservation) to the church informing them of my fall. After no response from the Church the attorney Ashly Eikelberg told me in September that they would then send out a demand letter. Nothing happened for two months in spite of my emailing them five times. Today October 7 I received a letter saying they will no longer represent me and to seek another attorney immediately because the statutes of limitation will bar me from any settlement. They wasted seven months playing me along. I feel they discriminate against senior citizens. Stay away from them!! "
"I have a dispute with my insurance company that stole money from me instead of paying me for my claim that was approved now my account is thousands of dollars in the negative where I can't pay my mortgage and my bills and I have proof of it all. I just needed a lawyer to represent me and take the case. After I gave all of this information to Morgan and Morgan, they quickly came back to me and said they cannot help me try elsewhere. They claim to be for the little guy to help people with claims and problems in their lives and they don't actually care at all. I've never had to reach out to a firm before and as my first experience especially with the biggest law firm for personal injury in the world supposedly this is the worst."

Didn’t have his case prepared.stumbled the whole trial.let the opponent run all over him the whole trial . At my expense. It’s been over 35 days since trial. "Don't waste your time with them. They may brag that they're the biggest lawfirm, but they might be too big, so you'll fall through the cracks so to speak. They don't answer your calls. When you leave a message you barely get a return call in a timely manner. I call, leave message, wait 3 days, call again... after about 4 times of this cycle, I might get a call. All in all, you're basically handling your case on your own. For your own piece of mind, choose someone else."
"Jerked me around for 353 days. My 3rd Case Manager,Ornella Harter, said we had a strong case and we should be moving forward soon. Then dropped me because “the insurance did not offer to settle the case or provide a counter-offer”.
21 June 2021: Sent an E-Mail to Morgan & Morgan requesting the status of the demand letter that was “Being drafted” around 3 May 2021. (3rd request, 49 days since 3 May)
It has been 659 days since my last request for a copy of the demand letter to the insurance company. STILL Waiting!

Was trying to help out a homeless mother with two boys. Now they wanna sue me for what not sure. In Florida the owner of the car is responsible. "Feb 2022 I was in a Automotive accident. They took my Case I went to there doctors for a year and today a year and one month later they called me and told me they could not longer represent me. I am out a lot of money out of pocket in fuel getting to appointments and more they had me go to. Even a few appointments I went to because they said I had to keep going even after I told them I was back to what I was before my accident. If you Do use them document everything I am thank I did I kept every email I had with them I documented every app kept every paper the docs gave me printed out everything from the medical portals from appointments I did go to. They took the case knowing I had one but I feel because I did not establish enough medical care to accommodate there settle offer the company offered them to little and They likely decided to drop me making it where not only do I not get anything but thankfully they don’t either so I can now try to settle out of court with out a lawyer which is ok with me. Maybe they did me a favor by letting me go. But having me hanging on for a year like they did really burns and not happy. Just be prepared to still handle things on your own if you use them. Might I suggest trying first to settle with who ever it is then go establish a lawyer for your case if it is a reasonable offer just saying. It’s likely Morgan and Morgan are chicken to go after what they thought they would get who knows they did not really give a reason they decided to suddenly drop the case."
