"My brother suffered a subdural hematoma (nursing home won’t say how), the nursing home lied about contacting my mother (for 3 days), won’t give my mother any info. Took 3 days for them to call an ambulance. We decided to call Morgan & Morgan. Explained the situation to them. My brother is in ICU, in a coma having a second brain operation. Morgan & Morgan refused to take the case for reasons unknown (refuse to tell me why), and when I asked to speak to an Attorney, none of them would talk to me. Hundred lawyers and not one available. Morgan & Morgan says they take nursing home neglect cases, but I guess only if the patient dies. They are dishonest and refuse to explain anything to you. I don’t know what their definition of neglect is, but someone needs to re-educate themselves. “For the people” only if they make money."
"My accident occurred in May 2020 and was settled in June 2021. I can tell you I never spoke to the lawyer until the very end and he was very discouraging about going to court because he felt there was a good chance by given a good faith offer from insurance company that the judge would side with insurance company. I would then walk away with nothing and if I decided to go to court I was told that my case could take up to 5 to 6 years to settle through the courts and being of the age of 67 years old I didn't feel like I could’ve waited five or six years with the problems that I was having. So it was very discouraging to say the least then I was told to you could have 30,000 after medical bills are paid n that will assist with future deductibles. It is now January 2022 I still suffer with effects of that accident and I don’t know if I’ll ever not have them so I am very very sorry that I went to Morgan and Morgan. I hate seeing their commercials because I think they’re really misleading. I am still grieving today that I went with them and that I didn’t ask to speak to the lawyer early on in the process and never heard from him until the end of the process (Mr Connell) . A positive note I will say that the paralegals I dealt with were very professional and very responsive. "

I have been with Morgan and Morgan for over 20 years and I will never hire them again, they have no compassion or consideration for their clients."

If you hire this team you will NOT deal with Susan W. Tolbert. I spoke with her only twice during the entire ten months of my case. You will deal with her DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, RUDE case manager Jennifer Morris. I tried to get one of her other six case managers and Susan called me and yelled at me. Told me Jennifer was her best worker, which was sad because she was VERY unprofessional. She actually told me if I didn't want to work with Jennifer Morris I could go to another law office but I had already invested six months with these two so I simply spoke with Jennifer as little as possible. They sent me to doctors that I was told were under contract with them and was NOT ALLOWED to see doctors that were covered under my own Health Insurance BCBS. Her case worker never got MRIs, X rays, or any other past medical history that would PROVE that these injuries were NOT pre-existing. Susan called me and told me if I went to court I would possibly lose the case because we had no way to prove these injuries were caused by this accident. As an RN, I knew which MRI's from my past would help me win this case so I CALLED TWIN LAKES and got the records, sent them to their office and four days later I won the case. NO THANKS TO THEM. After winning $100,000.00 they kept $41,000.00 telling me that my medical bills were $34,000.00 which CAN NOT BE TRUE because I never went to the hospital, I had NO surgeries, I had steroid injections and Ablation with THEIR doctors at AdvantaCare, three visits with their doctors at Coastal for medication and chiropractic visits twice a week for two months. If I had used my own health insurance it would have cost me $2500.00 copay and that's it. These people are liars, unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and probably illegal forcing me to go to their doctors who are most likely on their payroll!!! BUT being lawyers they know how to get away with it. DO NOT USE MORGAN AND MORGAN. At least not the Daytona Office. "For the People"......NOT SO!!!! They are FOR THE MONEY, their money, not yours."

"Several times I have made the mistake of trying to enlist the help of M&M only to be mislead and to have my claim left sitting for weeks or months only in the end to be "declined". They put me through a "call center" process each time with non-attorney personnel who were totally unknowledgeable of law and practice. I have a very bad impression of this firm and would not recommend them under any circumstances."

"After accepting my case in early May 2019, I received a call in November 2019 to tell me that they have a busy caseload so they will have to drop my case. They offered to refer me to a couple of firms that they work with from time to time. At this point, I don’t want anything to do with them, or any firm to which they would refer me. I probably should have seen this coming. Their communication was less than desirable to say the least. I would send emails with information and there would be no response. I would call and no answer, but if I called the next day, they would answer. My case was clearly forgotten and when I called I guess it sparked them to do something so they would have SOMETHING to tell me.
The icing on the cake was an email I received after I told the law firm that I didn’t want to use any of their referrals....since their “caseload was too big and they wanted to hand my case off to another form that could give me the attention that I need”. Yeah...ok. The truth came out in their email.

So not only was the lawyer lying when he called me, he also gave out my information after I explicitly said no, I’m going to use my own firm. I asked for all of my case information, but I haven’t received anything. Probably because they don’t have anything and have wasted they last 6 months of my life. So yes, this has definitely hurt my case.
If you want to use this firm, use with caution. Make sure you have an easy win, or they will drop you.
