Zero Communication

"Spoke with two different intake specialist. Was told an attorney would contact me. Shortly thereafter I received a calendar invite which I accepted.
Nobody called me as per scheduled calendar invite. So I waited an hour and called the office to only find out that Morgan and Morgan could Not represent me on my case.

I would NOT recommend Morgan and Morgan.

Con Artists

"First off on their website? You CANNOT leave a truthful review. Nope just 5 stars. So that’s why they have a 5 star on their website. Second, my case, cases are exactly what they advertise they handle. Yet? Twice I was told after I reworded my case thinking I wasn’t making myself clear. Turns out it isn’t my wording. They just REFUSE cases, even though they advertise your circumstances EXACTLY. They need a false advertisement lawsuit. Maybe their lawyers will represent them or maybe their own lawyers will refuse the case. Honestly? I COULD handle my own law suit being it’s simple. SIMPLE, I have VIDEO evidence ! Clear as day. Yet? Morgan and Morgan are clearly scared to go against authorities or courts when malicious prosecution is looming. Sure they don’t want to be known as doing the right thing. They rather be under the radar probably because they represent authority my guess, daily. Since the justice system is for the rich or affluent. Bite me Morgan & Morgan. Blah blah his brother was hurt in Disney world and his family couldn’t find a lawyer to sue. So now I guess the rest of us suffer for that. Just stop lying, your firm is like Mc Donald’s. Yeah they might be many locations? But you are still serving sub par product. Bigger? Better? Ya supersize my meal Morgan & Morgan. I wanna smash my radio when I hear his dishonest voice and his dishonest advertisement! "

" Deception "

"Good Afternoon  Mr. Morgan, Four months ago I retained Attorney Albert Lechner,  for a injury case and Attorney  Sarah Foster for a product liability case..The incident transpired on (6/27/2022), Four months later, (after keeping all the doctors appointments), I am told that they now don't represent me..Can you please explain what is going on and why all of a sudden, I have no representation, no one else will?

PS The accident that Attorney Albert Lechner and caseworker Elizabeth Murray were to be investigating was the one on 6/27/2022..(The injury accident). Depraved indifference to human life when that person has an utter disregard for the value of human life – a willingness to act, not because he or she means to cause grievous harm [to the person who is injured], but because he or she simply does not care whether or not grievous harm will result. Elizabeth Murray appears to be confused to which case she were representing me for, when all the correspondence sent to her, was for the accident on 6/27/22, inwhich she accepted and I signed documents for..Not the one on 4/10/22..That case has nothing to do with the 6/27/22 case in no manner and is with a different law firm. So why Elizabeth Murray, closed the open 6/27/22 case, (4) months later, leaving me with medical bills and unfinished medical treatments is beyond me and her only response is they don't represent me and Attorney Sarah Foster and case worker Cathy King, followed suit, whereby closing the (Product liability case), that they were  working on, (4) months later...Although no one has given me a legitimate reason why both cases were closed and I being possibly stuck with hospital bills,  unfinished treatment, (monthly injections in the spine), due to pain still suffering  from the injuries, even after keeping the scheduled appointments, as I was toldto do, by both case workers...I am at a loss and need to talk with someone and have been trying to talk with someone, every since the cases were (strangely and unjustly closed)...I need to speak with Mr. John Morgan, the only person I feel, that can truly rectify, this issue...

READ THIS REVIEW!!

"Case was "accepted" in late February 2019. I entered treatment immediately based on the advice of the attorney. Approximately 6 months into treatment, I received a letter signed by the attorney that I had been dropped as a client. I called and was told that this was a "mistake." Red flag number one, and I shoudve began looking for different representation immediately, but I did not. Fast forward about a year, and treatment is completed. I received a call from the attorney's assistant stating that insurance had been verified, and that suit would be filed immediately for the "max." Fast forward 6 more months, and suit had yet to be filed, and insurance wasnt actually verified. Another few months pass, and suit is finally filed. The suit involved an individual as well as a business, and the business was unable to be served, and was dropped from the suit. Several more months pass, and we had to get a default judgement. We had a hearing and I was told that I would be receiving a call from the attorney to prepare for it. Never received a call. 3 years after the accident and after I have incurred 22000 of medical bills, we get judgement for 75000. I emailed the lawyer and his assistant after the judgement asking about payment. I was told that they were "researching," and that I could expect more information within a month. Month comes and goes, and I email for information. I received no response and sent multiple emails again. Finally, I get a response that they STILL HAVE NO INSURANCE INFORMATION, and that we probably cannot collect. So, THREE years after my accident, 22000 DOLLARS of unpaid treatment, multiple "mistakes" made by the firm, and the highest levels of incompetency imaginable, I'm still exactly where I was the day after the accident and resulting injury. STAY AWAY from this firm. Grossly incompetent, ZERO client followup, and they will LIE to you. Imagine not even getting a two minute phone call to prepare for a hearing, being dropped as a client "by mistake," and being lied to about insurance being verified. Just go elsewhere. I wish I had a larger platform to scream this from"

"Called them about a dead tree of the neighbors fell on my house, they said they could help me . Because my case is too small couldn’t fill the tank on there jet. They only want big money cases."

Horrible experiences

"I had a horrible experience with Morgan, and Morgan highly recommends to be careful if you do any business with them based on my experience with this law firm based off of my one year experience doing business with their poor customer service and poor communication with the attorney who was assigned to my case. Doing my time working with them attorney forgot to get back to me, and she and her assistants kept asking for the same information and documents like they had lost them or something. The attorney had th or so assistant contacted doing the time with them ask for same information. One male assistant told me after we spoken he will text me his email address to send him some documents I sent the attorney. He never texted me then weeks later not hearing anything I call they said he quit his job. I was told to wait to someone else to contact me. The attorney communication was horrible she would never kept her words on calling me back with information to assist me getting treatment and getting court case documents she needed she never got back with me on treatment and transportation she told me months before she will take care of. I sent her and her new assistant bills and insurance issues she emailed me back acting like she was thinking the Morgan and Morgan was playing for my medical bills so I can get treatment I needed badly. The problem was she never got back to me like she promised many times. She know I am dealing with so much pain but she never contacted me to make sure I was getting help. I fired her one time when she showed me she didn’t care about me but went back to her again to give her a second chance worst decision of my life. I made a complaint against her and requested another attorney but she closed my case knowing I only asked to have another attorney. I been made phone calls and emails to Morgan and Morgan complaint department they contacted me back one time and never got back to me. Morgan and Morgan took her side and overlook all the evidence."

"Stay away from Morgan and Morgan. Their only concern is for how much money they can make off of you, will delay your case for as long as humanly possible, ignore facts of the case and emails pleading for them to pay attention. Then when you finally have had enough of their gaslighting, they are like "well, you're still going to pay us". Not today satan, i'm not paying you for being inept. "

Should have read these reviews first.

"Should have read these reviews first. First off the person that said they only take the slam dunk cases is correct. I initially contacted them for a medical malpractice suit and they denied taking my case. Then I signed up with them, I don’t even know how long ago for the T-Mobile data breach. Then you hear nothing from them. It has been months since the arbitration and they still have no answer as to what my settlement is. You get no paperwork about your case or who’s handling it. You get nothing when it is completed either. The information about the arbitration is confidential. It’s an arbitration for who knows how many people. That is none of my business either. What the settlement is also none of my business either. I have received nothing from them since taking my name and information. So Morgan and Morgan has thousands, who knows how many people on the arbitration because that is again none of my business. They take everybody’s name and they make 40% of the entire settlement goes to Morgan and Morgan that’s all they’re worried about is what their company is making. That’s why anything about the case or how the arbitration went or the settlement or the amount or how many people in it is none of your business. You will never get documentation about anything. I asked about the claim having to be claimed on my IRS form at the end of the year. Should I have some kind of documentation for my saddle bit as earnings. Their response was that’s a good question but was not followed up with an answer. So no way to prove that Morgan and Morgan only kept 40%. They told me that each person signed up to the arbitration gets a different amount and they need time to figure out how much money each person gets. No information to me on how they figure that out. Again that is none of my business. Do not trust this law firm. They certainly come off like all the trust in the world with their commercials. But how is your case none of your business. And how do you sign up with such a huge law firm and get absolutely nothing in writing about your case. I called to try to find out information I was told not to call again they will contact me when there is something to say. "

Horrible

"I was in a bad car accident call Morgan & Morgan they dropped me from their case load because the other car had bad insurance I am now facing long-term pain and suffering from this accident my airbags did not deploy I have no vehicle my insurance company is not helping me so I would like to tell Mr Morgan that I see all your commercials where you stand by your people I do not find that you stand by your people you did not Stand By Me I'm very disappointed in your company and I would never tell anybody to go to it you have that commercial where you tell the story about a man that wrote you a letter and you called him right back well I would appreciate you to call me back Mr Morgan my name is Jeanette walk"

"I called on the phone to check on the case i filed on a Credit card fraud on line and was transferred to a girl that seemed to take long pauses in speaking, then she hung up on me. All they had to say we don't handle those case's ."

Terrible

"I can't even begin to tell you have disappointed I am with my case. I was in a car accident October of 2020 and this case is still going! I have had 3 different lawyers over the corse of 2 years. What happened was I was rear ended when I was stopped at a red light. He smashed into me going over 50 mph. Due to me being pregnant, I couldn't have an mri, only thing I could do is go to a chiropractor in the mean time. My 1 year old was also going. I was keeping up with my appointments and slowly the lawyer was getting harder and harder to get ahold of. His insurance company and my insurance company were also trying. I figured due to holidays and then Covid hitting but again still going to my appointments. My car ended up being totaled so I had to go get a new car. I then gave birth in January 2021 and finished breastfeeding around March 2021 so I had my mri and I had a torn disc in my left side. I then went to another doctor who wanted to do surgery or steroid shots but both options, I would be out for months and that's not possible with a newborn and a toddler. Also not guaranteed to fix the problem. I kept calling the lawyer and then called Morgan and Morgan office and the person who answered said they will email the lawyer to call me back. Months go by (February 2022) and a new person called me! This lady told me I got the $10,000 from the lawsuit! Here's where I get upset. Morgan and Morgan's fee is taken out which is $3333. 33 and then with medical bills (I was not aware I had to pay) I was told by the First Lawyer he pays for my medical so don't go thought my insurance. Have the bills sent to me so she can keep a record. So with that being said, those bills come to $6628. 42. Leaving me with 38 dollars. The lawyer could tell I was upset so she said she will call and try to see if they will reduce a little bit to get me a little more in my pocket. Again it happens! I was texting, calling, and emailing and nothing! June 2022 a third lawyer calls me and says they got a check in the mail for my son for $300 and I need to sign a paper to have it transferred to me. I told this women how disappointed I am and she told me she will personally call and see what's going on because it didn't show anything about getting the medical bills reduced. She did try to answer all my questions but I was not hopeful at all at this point. We did talk back and forth for a couple weeks. Ive never been an accident before I didn't know what to do or ask at the beginning but she told me I should of did this instead of this. (I wished the First Lady would of explained it better to me) anyways, It is now end of September 2022. I still have not heard back about anything or even the 38 dollars I was suppose to receive. So basically I have an injury that will not be healed without surgery (couldn't afford to do it anyways). I have a new car payment due to the loss of my car. I missed tons of work going to my appointments and my son's appointments. All for 38 dollars that I still haven't seen! I would not waste my time with this company. They clearly don't care about the people. They just want to close the case and move on!

Bait and switch

"After listening to a heartfelt message from the founder, I was convinced that they were perfect. They said no case was too small. I am a military veteran who is disabled and a storm drain fell on me from 20 feet high and caused a severe sprain of my neck and shoulder. I must lose income to heal. The homeowner I rent refused to compensate or offer payment options and Morgan and Morgan took my personal information and rejected my case. Then they spoke to me like trash. My opinion is they are fake. "
